Found out yesterday that Pinkfresh started classes. I love thurstonpost aka Rebecca and this class by her looks fun. I was on the fence to buy this class but just watched their Facebook live video and bought it. It does look like a good kit for 25.00 (shipping was free with a code that's on their product description page). I bought playful animals set 1 and 2 and their happy holidays stamp set. Shipping was free for all because I bought that class. I got my class download link upon finishing checkout so that was easy and just gave a quick glance to class content and it seems worth it. www.pinkfreshstudio.com/collections/classes/products/wrapped-with-love

A gift wrapping class? I think wrapping gifts is like hand-making cards - it only gets done for the people who appreciate it -- and fewer seem to appreciate a well wrapped and de-bowed gift than appreciate a hand-made card! Bags and Shred and wild tissue -- or something weird (like the plastic bottle thing!) is the way of gifting for the most part in my house!

I looked at it, but I'm not sure an entire class about wrapping presents would be worth it for me. I used to go all in and put together these gorgeous decorated packages, but honestly, no one cared. Seems like a strangely limited focus for the very first class they decided to offer. I will say that I LOVE that heart die in the kit, though as a card maker/scrapper, I already have the equivalent of pretty much everything else in the kit. It would be nice to see the themes for the video lessons - maybe I'm thinking too narrowly and there's more to it.

I think the supplies make it worth the price but it's an odd way to dip their toes into offering classes. But I imagine the things taught with regards to making tags and such could easily translate to other paper crafts.

I purchased the class mainly for the supplies. I'm just not going to spend the money to buy some of this stuff separately, and so getting a bit of, say, the bows, was fun. I especially love the stamp set and the die. I really wasn't concerned much with how the class would turn out, but was curious about what they would be like. So, $25 for the classes and the supplies was a nice paper crafting purchase for me. I love how the classes match the supplies, so that I get a nice cozy crafting time with the planning already done by someone else, and I get to just make.
I also lucked out that the class just happens to fit one of my gift giving ideas for this season, where the recipient is going to get a set of smaller gifts. I wasn't sure how I was going to bring it together and make it look special, and this kit and class certainly help with that!

So finally spent time today morning going thru all the class content and play with my supplies. I totally forgot about this until I got an email about their class kit being on sale. So here is what I think about this class.
Pros -Class has a matching kit and that's an added bonus for me. It helps me to get started. -Alot of product for 25.00 shipped in USA. -Alot of samples done in class content -Shipping was fast for my kit -They have included few samples of using supplies in scrapbook and cards so I can stretch my kit and use more supplies -That heart edger die is my most loved die probably. I like that it has a longer end on one side and I can create die cut paper strings and attach it with each other to create a long string which would be perfect for wrapping.
Cons -It has alot of pictures, written content and examples but less videos. I wish they included more videos. -Class file was too big and took a while to download. -I can download a class but not sure if I can permanently save it in my account or not . I am not sure how it works. May be a little bit more information about this would have made it clear. I created an account on their site which is shopify I think.
I went ahead and bought 2 extra classes this morning for my friends to give it as a gift. It is definitely a great value for my money. And with discount code (I used code SHIPDISCOUNT that I got in an email yesterday) it came to 20.00/kit and class content included.
