Oh my goodness! I bought the first two Kerri Bradford Silhouette classes and after a long week of watching the videos I am now a Silhouette PRO.
I had no idea that each class had about 15 videos, and I ended up with a mini book and a layout and tons of skills, plus new files.
Can't recommend these classes enough. I haven't done the 3rd and 4th classes and I haven't uploaded the new version of Designer Edition yet, I'm waiting until she releases a new video on that.

I learned a lot from her Cameo classes too. Wish I had watched them earlier - I waited until I had my Cameo for a year!

Which version are these classes for? The older/Legacy version, or the updated version?

The first two classes are for the Silhouette software, and can work on the cameo or some older machines. The first two do not cover the Designer Edition upgrade to the software.

I have Designer edition of the Legacy software. If I upgrade to the newest version of the software, I still keep the Designer Edition. What I was asking had to do with changes to the software, and whether or not her classes are useful regardless of which version you have, not about Designer Edition.
I know how to do a lot on my Cameo. I have considered taking her classes, but didn't get around to it, then Silhouette did an upgrade, and some things changed, or so I have heard. Now I am trying to figure out if it would still be worth taking her classes.
So I ask again, are her classes based on the Legacy version of the software, or did she tweak them to go with the newest update of the Silhouette software? Or are her classes designed based on the older software, still apply to the newest version of the software?

The classes are for the legacy version of the software, not the latest version.

Oh - I need this class. Thanks for the heads up on it and I'm off to check it out. When I know what I'm doing with my Silhouette, I love it but I haven't used it in a couple of years and have no idea how to use it now. Bother.

I don't know what the differences are between the "legacy" version and any other version. I haven't done the update, but my understanding was that much of the updating had to do with the DE version.

I just checked them out... the version 3 (ie new software) class [HASH]1 is coming Sept 22, which is the basic "Getting To Know You" class. I'm guessing she'll just update the info in that class for the new edition.

Thanks, everyone!
I have been thinking about taking her classes for a long time, even though I know how to do a lot. I have not updated, and really don't want to yet. I think I may want to go ahead and take the current classes, then.
