My beloved VSCOcam has changed recently beyond all recognition and I just spend 10 minutes trying to figure out how to import a photo so I could do some basic editing on it.
What photo editing app do you use (for iPhone)? I don't want anything that does collages/frames/text/clip art/etc. Just basic brightness, saturation, contrast, fill, etc.
Thanks!
Ashley.

I don't know anything about it but Rhonna Designs recently released an app called RD Magic or something like that. I saw it mentioned on Shimelle and Kerri Bradford's blogs.

Ashley, I really like the Adobe Photoshop Express app. It's about 4 bucks I think but it does the basics very nicely. Orasis is nice to, but I prefer Adobe.

The Adobe app looks like what I need! It's free with paid upgrades, which is great, because I can try it out and then buy more features if I want.

I use PicTapGo for editing. I have PicTapGo, but I don't think it has places where you can adjust the brightness, contrast, etc yourself? It just has preset filters?

While PicTapGo does only have presets. You can adjust the strength of each one. And you can double up on the same one if you need it stronger .

I'm so glad I ran across this thread! I just bought Rhonna Designs and the free Adobe Photoshop app--I just got a Samsung Galaxy S5 less than 2 weeks ago and was looking for something to edit photos with.

I've never edited photos on my phone, always download them to my computer and edit there - figured it would be difficult with the small screen...

I don't expect my iPhone photos to be perfect, so I'm not doing stuff like editing out small things (blemishes, piece of hair across eye, etc), just need to brighten and add a bit of vibrancy, and when I change to black and white I prefer to be able to adjust the contrast, etc myself rather than use a preset bw filter.

I use Camera+ after reading some great reviews for it on several different "real" photography websites. I think it was $1.99 or so, and it was well worth the price. It gives you options you can see before you even take the shot which is nice.
I bought Pic Tap Go too because so many people on 2Peas said it was great, but haven't really played around with it all that much. It seems like that one is more artistic effects and filters.

I will have to check some of these out. I thought that the BPS class about phone photos looked interesting but was so expensive for what I felt would end up being an app list.
