I bought some last weekend at Walmart. I also got the angled brush. Oh my goodness! It is great. It goes on nicely, I don’t look like a panda or raccoon. It stays on all day and doesn’t bother my contacts or make my eyes itch. I bought it in “medium brown” and went back for light brown and black.
Two thumbs up!!

No, kind of a creme. It comes in a little pot and you need a brush to put it on. I got a little stiff angled brush and it works great.

I use the angled brush with a dark brown eye shadow as liner ... works like a charm ... can't beat the price

I have the angled brush and use Maybelline tattoo cream eyeshadow over my pencil liner, but it flakes some. Looking for something easier. Thanks!

I have enjoyed the NYX felt tip eyeliner.
