I am thinking of getting dds some type of make-up brush cleaner for Christmas. Please let me know what you have and whether or not you like it. I value 2Peas recommendations!

I love the Sigma brush cleaning mat. I use baby shampoo to wash them.

I have a bottle of Quo brush cleaning solution and I dislike it a lot. It smells very strongly and it doesn't get your brushes clean at all. I will be taking it back. It is just awful!

You have always been a part of the heist. You're only mad now because you don't like your cut.

For a quick wash I use MAC brush cleanser. It dries quick which is useful for when I need to clean a brush when I'm actually putting my makeup on.

Great idea! I may have to do that for a Christmas gift for my kids too.

I like the ecotools one. I have used the ULTA brand spray one and it was ok but I hate that moat of them a smell gross. The Ecotools one is a gel soap and doesn't smell disgusting. I have a plastic cleaning piece that I use with it to run the brushes across to make sure the makeup is out of them.

I have the brush egg from Amazon that I use when I wash brushes. I just use antibacterial dish soap and a little bit of olive oil.

I have a scrubby mat thing I got at Sephora (can't link from my phone, sorry) and baby shampoo to clean my brushes. A makeup artist I took a class from once said it was what she and all her professional makeup artist friends use to clean their brushes.

I just use one of those brush cleaning mats and my facial cleanser. Some of my brushes are 15 years old and still going strong.
