If you type out a quick reply and then decide you want the regular one (to add code, smileys, bold, colors, etc) you can click on reply just above the quick reply box and it will save what you've typed. (I would still copy just to be safe-especially if you typed out a long reply).

OMG I keep reading this thread title wrong (mild dyslexia ) and merging vs + regular and reading "quick reply vulgar reply" instead of 'quick reply vs regular reply' Oy SMH
