their Christmas cards? I'm usually well under way by now, or at least have my design all set, but I haven't even begun to think about them!

Me. I have a lot to make and I don't like to make multiples of the same design so I do need to give myself lots of time. But I was late getting started this year.

I started a few months ago. All parts are cut out, but just not assembled yet. It shouldn't take long once I get back to it.

I started on some but I REALLY need to start on my neighbors cards. She's asked me to make 125 but she hasn't told me what she wants yet!!

I have 'auditioned' my stamp that I want to use, but haven't settled on colors. I have another project to finish first, so need to get crackin'!

I have my design. That was a two day process. But I have not started to make them.

I was able to get mine done prior to school starting. I'm just about finished updating address'. Once that is done the labels are going on the envelopes and I'll find out how much they cost, get stamps, put them on and hold onto them until after Thanksgiving!
I know that if mine don't get done before school starts then most times they don't get done.

CeeScraps you are good. I have a design and my stamps, but I need paper and such. I usually get all the pieces then wait until the last possible minute and end up in a frazzle getting them out.

I need to get moving this weekend. Baby is scheduled to arrive at the end of October, so if they don't get done soon, they likely won't.

I haven't even thought about them. I don't make that many, so once I figure out what I'm going to do it won't be a big deal.

rumplesnat...after our dd was born I went to sending Spring cards with a note/photo. I didn't try to do both Christmas and then a photo of our dd on her birthday. It was too crazy to try and do both.
I had more people be excited that I sent the Spring card than any Christmas cards I ever sent!

Nope, not yet. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to use one of the family photos we had taken for our 25th in July or if I can come up with something better for a holiday themed pic of just DD like I usually do. If I get more pics taken of her, that wouldn't be until November.

I'm makings mine slowly but surely. I used to make all 80-100 the same- picked out a relatively simple design & went to town, but I got really bored with them. This year I took a Refu-pea's suggestion ( sorry I can't remember who to thank) & am making 8 of each design that tickled my fancy from the Online Holiday Card Class 2013 that I bought on sale . 32 cards thus far & I'm not bored yet & I've learned some new techniques.

Mine are done. I like to get them done early as I send most of them overseas.

I have some done - last year, I bought a kit at M's for 70% off after Christmas. I put those (20!) together over summer vacation, and I have a few other random ones finished.

I'm starting them this weekend but it is so hot I'm really not in the mood. Better crank up the AC and the Pandora Christmas station!!!
