I use my Cameo lots and have always used just the regular blade. I was checking out the BF sale and saw they offer these blades as well. Feedback?

Since I've been using my Cameo 3, I have been using the auto blade and I LOVE it. I have a brand new premium blade waiting to be used - and I will use it - but I doubt I would buy anything other than the auto blade.

I use the premium blades with my Cameo 2 and I think they last longer than the standard ones.

I think the premium blades last a lot longer and they're totally worth it. Now I just need a premium mat that can keep up with them.

Thanks coloradocropper! I have a few spare mats for now but might give a cricut one a go - they're about $11 cheaper than the Silhouette mats here. |

Amazon has Silhouette mats for 5.90 right now although I have heard the Cricut ones are better, I have no experience. Maybe they have Cricut ones on sale too? |

I use the premium blades and love them. I have not tried the auto blade, partly because I prefer to use a different blade for different materials. I use a sharpie to mark which blade is for vinyl vs. cardstock, etc.
Those of you who use an auto blade, do you use it for all materials, or mainly for different thicknesses of paper/cardstock?

I use it for everything and I LOVE it. I used the premium blade with my original Cameo. Honestly I love the premium blade too and have a brand new one waiting to be used. But when I got my Cameo 3 which comes with the auto blade, I haven't had the need to go back to the premium and I will definitely be buying another auto blade!
