I have it on my ipad, my android phone and now my computer. It syncs between all devices so you can add recipes no matter what you're browsing on, and if you're at the store you can easily look at a recipe on your phone to see if you need to buy ingredients for it. I like to browse for recipes on my computer, shop with my phone, and follow recipes on my ipad (it shows the whole thing on one screen instead of having to scroll between ingredients and directions). So I need it for all three. lol
eta: sometimes on my phone it doesn't clip a recipe properly. If this happens I just copy the recipe link, go to the paprika app, open the built in browser, paste the link, and clip it from there. The only time I might have to type in ingredients is if I'm looking at a cookbook on my kindle app and want to add it to paprika. Then again, I could probably copy/paste or take a screen shot instead.

I've never heard of this app. Going to check it out. TFS! It is totally awesome! I've used it for 6 years at least. So easy to import a recipe from a blog or website, add category (s) and plan meals and grocery shopping. I have 800 recipes on mine. The only thing I would love in it that it doesn't have (and I've sent feedback) is a date function where you can select the first date you made a recipe, as well as the last date you made it, and be able to sort it that way. I just type it myself in the notes but there's no sorting and also it would just be easier. Still a fantastic app! Save

I think I have a version of Paprika, an app on my ipad. But how come it's not on my phone? when I look in the app store, it looks like I'd have to pay $3 for it. Is it different than the one on the ipad?
Also, how can i get to the app store from itunes on my PC? I swear I can't figure out how to switch it over from music!

I just have it on my iPad since that's what I use most in the kitchen. I'm not prepared to pay another NZ$21 for the Mac version or $4.50 for the iphone version!

I love this app! I started out with it just on my lap top or ipad (can't remember which). Then bought it for the other. Then finally got it for my phone so I could use the grocery list feature. I love, love, love this app!

Love my Paprika! I got the app for free on my iPhone and iPad some years ago when a pea brought the promo to our attention! 😊

I really wanted to love it, but didn't. It did clip recipes easily. Some of what I didn't love was that I couldn't copy and paste recipes in it that I have had for years (might be my phone Samsung S5). Some of it was how it organized recipes. If I remember right, some was how it categorized the grocery list. I'm glad there is Paprika is there for those of you who love it! If it doesn't work for you I reccomend www.foodplannerapp.com . For awhile they had someone else running it and it was not supported, but the original owners are back and it is better than ever. During that down time I tried Paprika and half a dozen others and was about to give up on apps, but checked on food planner just in case and was grateful they were back.

I bought it once and have it on both my ipad and iphone, should be okay if it is the same itunes account?
I do like the app mainly since it saves me from the clutter of most blogs/recipe websites...

Thanks so much for sharing. I have tried a few recipe apps and never found one I liked. Just got Paprika to try it out.
