Yes, you read that right. I placed an order on Saturday (11/25), it shipped on Monday (11/27) and it's in my hands today Thursday (11/30). Since I'm usually disappointed and complain about their shipping speed, I thought I should acknowledge the win.  |

That's good to hear. I haven't touched a thing - though I wanted some holiday stuff - because I no longer trust them to get items out quickly, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, to act like they give a damn. They really soured me w/the lack of communication last time and lack of making amends for getting people's Halloween supplies so late.

Yes, shipping has gone much more smoothly than last year. I got my BF order today, and Cyber Monday order is due to arrive tomorrow. As much as I complain about their issues, I like their product so I keep ordering. I still always cringe a little when I hit that purchase button. Anything I can buy elsewhere, I do.
