My face started to burn every time I use it , Especially my eyelid. I am really bummed buy it because I loved it now I need something else that’s very gentle and good for a 54 year old woman with normal skin .
Any recommendation ?

Which one are you using? I use the foaming one - the hydrating one seems to bother my skin.
It's the gentlest cleanser I've found that's still effective. My eyelids only burn if the eye oil ducts get clogged. (Yes, it's a real thing, I didn't know until recently and then it all became clear!) If you still think it's the cleanser, maybe some of the Paula's Choice cleansers would work. I think you can order samples from them.

I love the foaming. I tried the SA cleanser because I usually like SA products but it irritated my skin and made my face look like I had been burned. I'm currently trying to use up some samples of cleansers and am using Peter Thomas Roth water drench cleanser. It is good so far.

That’s so weird. I have the same eyelid problem with Cetaphil! I took a little travel bottle of it on my last work trip and what a disaster. Both eyelids were a mess!!!

I use Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser for Sensitive Skin as I'm sensitive to everything lately it seems.
It's free of dyes, fragrance, masking fragrance, lanolin, parabens, formaldehyde, formaldehyde releasers, and other preservatives.

I use the hydrating without any issues. That’s a bummer that it’s bugging you.
Eucerin makes some gentle ones. I like their redness relief cleanser.

You could also try posting at MakeupAlley. There are people there who know ingredients and might have an idea if you've gotten sensitized to something. There is a website you can check ingredients and ranks them on allergies and sensitivities - I can't recall the name of it but I was first referred there by the MUA skin care board.

I use purpose face wash. Almost everything (except Purpose) makes my face burn/sting. I can't use face moisturizers either, but my face doesn't get dry with the purpose.
