Good Morning, Crafter's Haven in Minneapolis, MN is small but really nice. They have crops and some great paper as well. craftershavenltd.com/Also Anchor Paper (one location in Roseville, MN and one in Plymouth, MN) is wonderful. The Plymouth store is a little bigger. Here is one in Neenah, WI Valley Stamp & Scrap linkI thought I was going to have time to check it out when we were visiting DH's uncle in Appleton, but it didn't happen. Has anyone been there? I'm going to try to get there when we go back. |

Legacy paper Arts has recently moved more towards stamping and less scrapbooking. They still carry paper, but much of it in upright files. If you are looking for something specific, ask for help. On the plus side, they carry stamps and dies from many companies

Sad to report that The Scrapbook Factory in O'Fallon, IL announced on March 12th that they were closing after 21 years. This was BC - before coronavirus. She was hoping to find someone to buy the store. It was my go to store, even though it was 150 miles one way.

There was one that's a scrap retreat center, The Inspiration Inn Bloom, and it didn't look like they had an independent retail store, so I left it off. But wow! it looks like a great place to have a scrapping weekend! And there may have been one or two that I left off because they looked like they were stamping stores that didn't really have much to offer by way of scrapping supplies (I try to look at photos of the stores and inventories.) But if you've been there and you think they should be included, then I have no problem adding them. Just let me know  |

Nebraska Updates:
Just learned today that Busy Scrappin in Omaha will close in November.
Imagine That Scrapbooking in Columbus is now called Artzy Haven. I believe
Pages in Time in Lincoln is also closed. BUT, there is a new store in Lincoln called Picnic Hill and it's really great!

I was able to visit Creative Pals scrapbook/stamping store in Waukesha, WI over the weekend. It is wonderful! It's so organized and jam packed with great paper and stamping supplies. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Oh, I have one to add for Crystal Lake, Illinois. The store is called Cut It Out Scrapbooking. While I have not been to the physical location, my mom is local and has made trips for me. She says it is a lovely store in person and the owner is very nice. You can place online orders to have shipped out, which I have done twice now. The orders arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend signing up for her emailing list. She seems to regularly run 10 to 20% off sales and other deals. It looks like she has a very full crop calendar too, if anyone local wants to take a class. |

Update: Busy Scrappin in Ralston NE (Omaha metro) did not close, they were bought out. They are actually expanding into the space next door. This is to accommodate crops. They have to limit their crops to 25-30 attendees currently due space restrictions. I expect they'll go back to 50-60 one the wall comes down. msliz |
