Please. I beg you - do not call him a piece of garbage. Do not dehumanize him. He is a man w/terrible ideas, terrible ideals, little empathy, little intelligence and great narcissism. But he is a HUMAN BEING, even though his actions are reprehensible. To dehumanize him is to fall into the behavior of nazis. To fall into the behavior of the nazis, or his own behavior towards others.

Did your vulgarity erase his perceived innuendo? No amount of profanity would outdo the vulgarity of the man you have in residence at the White House that's for sure.

Did your vulgarity erase his perceived innuendo? You are probably right. She shouldn’t have called him a pig as it’s an insult to pigs. What he is, is a thin skinned vindictive vagina grabbing petty little bully who is a coward. There that sounds much better and is spot on IMO.

^^^ clicking on the link above in Eric Garland's tweet still takes me to it-- and it looks like it's the 'real' @realdonaldjtrump twitter feed. Sometimes I wonder how SHS will look her children in the face when they get older and they realize just what she did for a paycheck. Seriously?!? What else could he have meant by how he wrote that phrase?? Oh, but "if you read anything sexual into that, it's YOUR mind that's in the gutter, not HIS..." I'm not sure if it has always been the case, but I think she is now in the camp of KAC and she believes the lies she tells. I'm sure she is raising her kids the same way.

He sweated in the job and she treats the press like naughty preschoolers.

Well, for those wondering how Sanders would spin it: Matthew 7:20-23English Standard Version (ESV) 20 Thus you will recognize them by their fruits. I Never Knew You 21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’

I am another who has harbored some dislike/disapproval of politicians or their policies over the years. But never in my 66 years on this earth have I ever felt the level of sheer disgust/dislike as I do for Donald Trump. He makes me sick. You're not the only one. My skin crawls whenever I see him.

He's done it before too.
A court just ruled she can't sue for defamation.
So the bully in the White House gets to call you a "dummy" who "begged" w/o consequences. America.

She is taking lessons from Scary Steve Bannon and Crazy Kelly Ann:
Sarah Sanders says Trump's Gillibrand tweet does not include a sexual innuendo: "Only if your mind is in the gutter would you have read it that way"
Her response is scary because it it is Gas Lighting in top professional form. What is she saying is: I place the blame *YOU8 for letting your mind go into the gutter. Whereas every tweet from DJT is feces infested gutter worthy. The actions of most current and fired white house key players are NOT NORMAL and a stain on our history.

Did your vulgarity erase his perceived innuendo? God help us! You’re STILL seeing vulgarity as the main problem here?!!! No she sees the main problem. What do you (general) want her to say? Like the Trumpers on my Facebook page. They are dead silent now. They know they screwed up but most aren't the kind of people that will admit they made a mistake. But some (like this poster) still wants to handslap, so they will pick something like someone's use of vulgarity. They hope this will draw your attention away from the big problem which is they made a huge mistake voting in an inexperienced idiot to be our president. It's done in abusive relationships a lot. I've seen plenty of times my dad try to do this on my mom but she never let him get away with it. Ok sorry rant over.

"I don't have the problem. It's YOU that has the problem." I swear when this is all said and done I hope someone writes a dissertation on all of them. It would be fascinating. I wanted to edit and say I don't take abusive relationships frivolously. Abuse has run rampant on my moms side of the family. I've seen what it can do.

The rhetoric from this president and his staff is so not making our country great. Certainly not in the eyes of the wider world and while that may be unimportant to some, in reality in this global society, there will be wide ranging repercussions. For sure. We've lost all credibility internationally.

Remind yourselves, he did this the morning of the Alabama election, because this level of disrespect and misogyny is targeted at those voters. I really hope the women of Alabama rise up and send Trump a strong message. This morning on the news they said the majority of white women voted for Roy Moore. I've tried looking at this from every angle imaginable, and I just CAN'T wrap my brain around it. But then I'm also married to a man who taught (intentionally and by example) our son to never look at a woman's nametag on her chest, lest she feel disrespected, so...

The actions of most current and fired white house key players are NOT NORMAL and a stain on our history. Yep. Textbook. Why can't people see that??? I've had to take a break from the whole political realm - news, on here, everywhere - because I just can't fathom how human beings can not only dismiss such disgusting behavior, but SUPPORT & JUSTIFY it. I just can't. Maybe that's because I'm apolitical, I don't know. I just....don't get it. In what company would a man who is being accused of this stuff be hired for a job? And in what twisted world would WOMEN do the hiring??? (referencing the Roy Moore voting results). Heck - folks would throw a fit if one of these guys was hired at McDonald's - but leading the country? Why sure, he'd be great!! It's just beyond my comprehension as a woman, a mother, a human being. And now it would probably be a good idea for me to go back into my self-imposed hidey-hole. Life is much more comfortable there.

I read that this morning- the name calling is so juvenile. And yet his wife has a platform of anti-bullying/be nice, etc. How does he justify this behavior to his son? I'm convinced that he couldn't pick Barron out of a lineup if his life depended on it.

I've tried looking at this from every angle imaginable, and I just CAN'T wrap my brain around it Apparently the breakdown was along religious lines, too. The vast majority of evangelical white women voted for Moore, but the vast majority of non-evangelical white women voted for Jones. Don’t tell me certain Christian religious groups aren’t teaching women to subvert themselves in the name of “godliness.” Ultimately, though, the credit goes to black women. Without their strong turnout and votes for Jones, Moore would be going to the senate for sure.

My hope is in young women and men of all races. I think they have a better understanding of true morality than Moore and those faux-Christians like him.

Without their strong turnout and votes for Jones, Moore would be going to the senate for sure. See, this is what has me so WTF. How in the everloving whatever can there be that many supposedly Christian women who feel that way??? It's quite literally the opposite of the world I grew up in (and my world is quite conservative in a non-political sense). Jesus would NEVER condone a woman being treated that way. EVER. And these women are not just condoning it - they're SUPPORTING it. What the **** good did the whole women's suffrage movement gain us if we're not going to use it to stand up for ourselves and our daughters. Everyone's saying it's a big huge deal that the other guy won by 51%. WTH??!!!!! Only 51% of the people in Alabama are disgusted enough by this guy that they'll vote against him?? ?? God bless those who stood up for what they felt was right! I'm sorry for going off again. It's late and I need to return to my self-imposed hidey hole. This is a huge hot-button issue for me & maybe someday when I'm calmer I'll elaborate on it more. The past 2 years in our country have done a heck of a lot of damage to my faith in human decency, as well as my faith in my fellow Christians, and that has completely broken my heart. We are supposed to be the light & peace in the world. We're supposed to do unto others. We're supposed to reach out to those in need. We're supposed to STAND UP for those who can't stand for themselves. WE'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO ELECT PREDATORS TO POLITICAL OFFICES. It really sucks to find out just how naive I apparently am. Hokay. Deep breath. Back to the crafts thread I go.

I had NO idea how prevalent the whole submission concept is before this election. It's like these people missed the entire New Testament!
