Had lunch with the guy today. It went well, no awkward silences. We caught up, talked about our jobs, mutual friends, etc. The hour flew by.
He mentioned lunching again and we parted ways. Not sure if anything will happen or if we'll actually get together again, but he's a great guy. After work today, he messaged me on FB giving the place a thumbs up (before we went he said we would rate the sandwich place). I responded back and agreed and said next time we meet we'll have to also stop by the really good bakery down the street.
He responded "Yes!"
So I guess that's good. Either way, I have a good lunch buddy to eat out with!
