Ds was not happy about having to clean up someone else’s screw up (not his word 
) and said I should have called FedEx and made them do it.
Onto the situation:
a neighbor from the next block came down to say that we had a package deliverered there by mistake he couldn’t bring it because he has a bad shoulder. It turns out they delivered his package to us. No big deal
Except our package was a tv stand, weighing 100 pounds
so of course I had to wait for ds to get home from practice so we could drive down there and team lift it thru the snow and ice to the car and to our porch (and inside of course). While it was an inconvenience and delayed ds from getting to the girls basketball game he was going to, we were capable of handling it so I didn’t feel the need to call FedEx and deal with having to wait for them
To fix their mistake.
But I’m curious, what would you have done?
