Okay this weather sucks and it is affecting my skin. My skin is constantly dry, my hands are cracked, my elbows and lower arms are breaking out in eczema, my heels are super dry, my legs are dry and irritated, and I have been getting nose bleeds. This dry warm air is killing me!
I am using petroleum jelly on my elbows, heels and hands. Neosporin in my nose (allergist and ent both recommend that), upped my water even more (average 90 oz a day). I am using Dove sensative skin bar soap. Eucarina senaative skin lotion plus Cerave.
Nothing is working. It sucks.
I am even taking luke warm baths. Everything is so super static, even the darn dogs!!!
What are you using to beat this dry hellish weather? Good for sensitive skin?

Yes! I am itching like crazy and my skin is so dry. I have been slathering on gallons of lotion but the only thing that has really helped is my Palmer's Coco Butter. I have gone through a whole jar in the last week. I had to put some on a Q-tip and put it in my nose as my nose is so dry it is burning and I've been sneezing my head off. I never thought that I would wish for humidity but a little moisture would be appreciated.

Skip the Dove bar soap and try Olay Regenerist Anti Aging liquid. Since I’ve started using it in the shower I rarely need moisturizer. I’d also recommend a humidifier in your bedroom at night.

I'm in WA and it's the same. So dang dry! My knuckles are cracked and burning. I just slathered on my dh's O'keefe's working hands cream. It usually works well for me. I should see results by morning.

We're going through gallons of Lubriderm right now. I also really like The Body Shop Shea Butter.

I have the same problem, lotion isn't working so next I'm going to try coconut oil on my poor cracked knuckles. Having to wash my hands repeatedly at school from craft time finally did me in.

My fingertips feel so raw! I have no answers. I am just using a ton of lotion all day long.
