This is my third year with an Erin Condren planner. This will be my last. I bought the monthly deluxe and no monthly tabs. Argh! That drives me crazy & I don't like the ones they have for sale on their website. Last year I had to take the ones off of my Life planner from the year before and glue them to the monthly planner. I really wish they would put the monthly tabs on all the calendars. I don't need all the extras that come with the life planner so I have switched to just the monthly. But, after spending several hours driving to a store to get clear index tabs, making tabs and attaching-I'm done. For the cost they really should include the monthly tabs.

I am done with them after this year too. My teenager begged me for an EC planner (I already got mine last month) and set up the order; dh put in the CC info and sent the order through. As soon as he hit send, he realized my daughter had put in the discount code (which I had gotten for placing my order as a thank-you) incorrectly. I immediately contacted them and they wouldn’t honor the code (even though they also had the same discount on their site for everyone placing orders!). That was about the worst customer service experience I have ever had—over $10, they’ve lost a customer for life.

I am sorry ya'll have such a bad time with EC. I have actually seen/read about others who are less than satisfied with EC this year. =

If it were me I'd still be upset about this years later and I'd continue to tell people not to shop there.
