A couple of peas gave me free meal boxes, which I sent to my daughter.
But she never took photos of the inside and what came in it.
So if you get meal boxes, would you share photos of the boxes ? Especially the in packing!
Adding: I have seen YouTube and some blogs, but they seen to be a little to promoting of whatever box was being opened.

A kind pea sent me a link for a trial Blue Apron box. It is supposed to come tomorrow. I normally get Hello Fresh. But I'm happy to post some pics of the Blue Apron one tomorrow.

I usually get Hello Fresh. All my boxes look the same as the photos @elaynef posted. I got a Blue Apron box last night and I didn't think it was packaged half as nice. With Hello Fresh you get three bags all labeled. I just stick the whole bag in my fridge with the meat and it's ready to grab and go. The Blue Apron most of the ingredients we're loose in the box.  |

Hello Fresh is packed differently than Blue apron. All the veggies and ingredients are together in the paper bags. Blue apron just lays them in the box and you have to separate them for the different meals.
There are 2 layers of glacier ice and the box is very thick and lined with insulation. The meat is not frozen when it arrives, but very cold. I reused the glacier ice when we went camping and it lasted several days.

The boxes I got from Blue Apron, I thought the recipes were a little harder and some took longer to prepare, but all were delicious. I also had trouble with some of my boxes not showing up. But they sent a free box when that happened. Customer service is very good for both. On Hello, I've had trouble navigating the web site. So I got them to help me by phone and they were very nice and said they would do that every time if I need.

@elaynef, I don't know what time my box gets delivered. But last night's box my meat was just about frozen. Granted, I live in Michigan so it's possible if it sat out there all day that this is the reason why.

Its 60 here this afternoon. |

I get Freshly and would love to share a code for y'all to try it. The meals are already prepared, and so far, quite yummy. I got them for awhile in 2015/16 then stopped because I got tired of the same thing over and over. They've expanded their menu quite a bit since then, and have breakfast options, too. They offered a really good deal to come back, and so I am.
Would you like a picture of how they are packaged and each meal?
