I am on episode 11 also. I like this season, but I definitely am not laughing as much as the other seasons.

I didn't know there was another season! When it first came out, it didn't seem like anything I could relate to, but I've laughed hard many times.

I've only watched one episode so far. I like to spread these things out a least a bit - say over the next 2 weeks. The first episode introduces Lisa Kudrow as Grace's new roomie and so far I'm not pleased. But then "Phoebe" was my least favorite Friend and this character reminds me of Phoebe a lot so far.
I do like that some time has passed. Usually they just pick up right where they left off.

I'm watching! I'm 8 days since my hip replacement and have been binge watching the entire series. Finished the last season the day before season 4 was released. Perfect timing! I'm definitely noting a bit of a more serious tone to this season--coming to terms with their ages and losing so many friends.

I finished the season this evening but will rewatch the final episode again because I was distracted. It's a much more poignant season for sure. I still enjoyed it but there was a definitely a more serious undertone.

I just love the show

So I finished the season. I hate hate hate that it's all over. I hate that I couldn't spread it out. I rarely binge any show because I never have enough time to watch anything, but this is just THE BEST SHOW!! I loved the ending, I loved the work up to it, I loved episode 8, I love all the things that Frankie says even though I think I feel all that Grace feels.
It is just magnificent!!!

I just finished watching. I love this show, I don't like how everything is hunky dory for the guys and the girls are struggling. I also didn't like what the kids did to Frankie and Grace. I would be beyond pissed at them.

I have to say, I'm not a fan of the husband-heavy episodes. No matter what they do with their stories, I'm just not interested. The kids also got on my nerves more than usual this season. Maybe I'm just grumpy.
At any rate, I'm assuming that the husbands will help them with their housing situation next season. So as not go be too spoilery, a theory I have is that a particular character may have invested in some real estate.

I would be beyond pissed at them. Yes. It is ridiculous that last season Grace couldn't pull together $75K to start up her business. WTH? Her ex is a lawyer! They should have 20 times that put away for each of them!! 74 isn't really old, but the kids were in a bad position. One mom is an alcoholic and the other keeps getting lost in her car. I think they really tried to do the right things, which is unusual for them. I have to say, I'm not a fan of the husband-heavy episodes. No matter what they do with their stories, I'm just not interested. The kids also got on my nerves more than usual this season. Maybe I'm just grumpy. I'm not a Martin Sheen fan and while I used to love the other guy in "I'll Fly Away," he seems off to me all the time. I just want it to be all about Grace and Frankie.

I loved the new season, I could so relate to Grace and her knee surgery. Three weeks ago I had spinal fusion surgery, the first two weeks during post op recovery at home was brutal. I had a walker like Grace and I cracked up watching her try to walk with that thing, it's so cumbersome, and even though it's all part of the recovery process, it was still a pita, especially when you live in a small house like I do. Now if I had a big sprawling beach house, maybe it wouldn't be so bad. The trip to Lowe's was hysterical. I could see me in Target trying to maneuver in one of those electric carts. I'd be knocking down every display unit in the entire store.
I actually got one of those walkers with wheels and a seat. I laugh every time I use it, but while I'm healing, it's been a lifesaver.
So yeah, I loved this season...except I don't have some younger hunk passing out while changing my dressings.
It sucks getting old, my dear sweet dad used to tell me he looked in the obituaries every morning to make sure his name wasn't in it...then he'd say do you know people die in alphabetical order?
He would have loved Grace and Frankie.

I loved this season but I hate how short the season is. I didn't like the ending but we will see what happens. I also prefer Grace and Frankie vs the husbands.

I didn't like the ending. I would imagine that Grace would have her assets in some sort of trust, and I can't imagine that the children could just go ahead and sell the house. I's surprised the ex-husbands didn't step in as well, or be involved somehow, in that mess. With the remodel, the police should have been called, and then the insurance involved. Grace is smart enough to run her business, but she can't take care of the house issue?

I'll bet the boyfriend bought the house for Grace. He seems like he would do anything for her. She seems way more insecure on the age difference than him.
I also am uninterested in the husbands. They just seem boring to me. I hate that they are making the women seem so weak but not the men.

I did not like them moving to the retirement home. I so hope that they get their house back next season. I also have a feeling that Grace's boyfriend bought the house for her. At least, I hope he did. I'm not a big fan of the husbands and all the theater stuff. It's boring and I prefer Grace and Frankie episodes. I usually don't mind the kids too much, but wasn't thrilled with them this season. I also don't remember the F word being thrown around quite so much in previous seasons. Was it and I just didn't notice? It doesn't offend me, it just seemed to happen quite frequently this season. I also don't want Brianna to lose the business. I like her being a strong character and keeping her mother's business running. The episode with the old enemy wanting to buy it was my least favorite of the season. It was highly irritating to me for some reason. Maybe it was because they did make the women seem so much less capable in these episodes. It doesn't feel right. They shouldn't go from being very successful to making stupid mistakes businesswise so quickly.
