Recently I watch a video (but I can't recall) where it was mentioned that she was using a liquid glue that when one used a bit too much it did not leave a bright residue on the paper.
Do you have an idea of what kind of glue is this?

I use Matte Accents-like Glossy Accents- but it's not shiny. Problem is they don't make it anymore. I have 1 bottle left, so I need to know what else is out there!

I was going to say Matte Accents and then lament the fact I am also on my last bottle. Try Ranger glue-n-seal matte- it comes in a little pot and needs to be brushed on (sparingly) as opposed to squirted through the convenient needle-tip but I am starting to love it. Hope to see other suggestions on this thread.

Another good one for this is Tombo multi. It's a liquid gluid in a white bottle with green end-caps (both ends) and is available almost everywhere.

The one I would like to know the name of and where to get it was in a youtube I watched. She said the same thing about it not being noticeable if you used a little too much but you can also rub off any dried excess. And it does not warp paper which for me is a great thing.
I think the lady in the youtube was Australian. So maybe it is something from there.

You could try Zip Dry glue. When it dries you can rub off any excess, kind of like rubber cement.

I use Crafters Ultimate. It's a water based super glue. You only have to use the teeny tiniest dot bc it's thick. If there is seepage you immediately rub with your finger and it rubs off kinda like rubber cent residue.

Another vote here for matte multi medium. I am a recent convert and find this really is easy to use. It comes in either a small bottle with nozzle or a jar.
