The order that I JUST PLACED on Friday for a bunch of Tim Holtz stuff (the new alcohol inks, the new oxides & reinkers and some of the storage tins) has already moved from preorder status to packing status. It's driving me crazy waiting for the packing list to see what actually ships !!! Also, that was some wicked fast movement. Go Rusty! ETA: Got my tracking number and copy of my packing list this morning. All my distress oxides and reinkers are already on their way. Now I need to make space for them, before they get here  |

I ordered from Oozak for the first time in probably about a year. I got disgusted with his shipping. I don't know what was going on there buy orders of in stock items took weeks.
Now, this last order of the new oxide inks has arrived! I'm impressed and relieved. I really, really hesitated on ordering from him again. His past service was wonderful.
My hope is that now is service is up to what it was prior to whatever was going on!

I've ordered from him 2 or 3 times now, all within the past year, and all of the orders shipped quickly - and since he's in Michigan and I'm in Wisconsin, once they ship, they get here fast. I always watch pretty closely, though, to make sure I'm not combining anything that's in-stock with anything that's on backorder or preorder. Because I'm pretty sure that if even one item is backordered, the whole order gets held. That's why I was surprised that the oxides shipped so fast - the alcohol inks and storage containers are still on backorder, and I guess I just assumed that it wouldn't ship until everything was there. (Yes, I want my stuff as fast as I can get it. But if I'm being a realist, I've barely played with the LAST set of oxides that I was so antsy to get. I need to start shopping less and using more!) |
