I couldn’t find anything on either site, but did Carta Bella work with Rifle Paper Company on their Flora Collections? Some of the papers are almost exact copies of Rifle Paper Co patterns, and the overall style is almost right on.
I’m a big Rifle Paper Company fan, so this jumped out at me right away!

I haven't heard of the Rifle Paper Company. Looking at their website, I can see how other paper collections have that type of look to them.

Does the Rifle Paper Company have full size papers? I can only find notebook and planner papers on their site. But those florals do look very much alike.
