I just got my first one done! Day 6 Jane's Template Tuesday challenge with the squares.
Anyone know how I can make my picture smaller? I post to Facebook and then copy the code to post here. I don't have Flicker.

I bet I'm not the only one who rushed through cleaning this morning, so I could play this afternoon! That's what I'll be doing (once I step away from these boards). My DH is currently vacuuming and I just need to run out and do a couple of errands, then I'll be scrapping for the afternoon. |

I just posted to Template Tuesday and This or That. Whew! I bet I'm not the only one who rushed through cleaning this morning, so I could play this afternoon! poor me--i work saturday morning, then had to go to *ugh* walmart to buy a shelving system, then spend 1 1/2 frustrated and sweaty hour putting together said 'easy to assemble' shelving and went straight home and napped, then gym, then made shrimp po boys for dinner and FINALLY sitting down. But tomorrow i am free!! yippee!!!!! |

mamakoala - sounds like my day - I took my GS troop to a 3-hr sewing class this morning, came home long enough to grab a slice of leftover pizza and load the car with boxes of cookies, sat at a 2.5 hr booth with 2 girls (neither mine) to sell a WHOPPING 13 boxes of cookies (DH was at a different booth my DD11 - their booth sold 115 in two hours). Came home, unloaded cookies, counted cookies, counted money, updated cookie software. tried (so far unsuccessfully) to find coverage for a booth tomorrow... now it's nearly 8 and it's time to do housework, I've been up 13 hours on not quite 4 hours sleep, and I have a headache...no scrappy time today

Oops I've been a bit slack about posting and commenting the last few days. Work and Saturday turned out to be busier than I expected. However, I spent most of the day crafting. I did a lot of stamping and colouring and cutting out with my Cameo. Working on some cards for my niece and for my stash. Here's a freestyle entry, which is a penny slider card for my niece using a Lawn Fawn set and an ink blended background. I'm really pleased with how this turned out. I cropped today for 13 hours and completed 36 8.5x11 layouts. I was really on a roll! I have to check the challenges to see if any of them fit the criteria, but in case I don't get to it right away, I just wanted to check in with my progress. I went through 4 rolls of hermafix! Awesome, myboysnme! You are SPEEDY! I just finished the Leaderboard for this week, but can add your progress in starting tomorrow, and it will be included in next week's Leaderboard. You get one point for every page, so I already owe you 36 points! With that number of pages, can you do a quick summary in this thread after you have linked your pages to challenges or Free Style or weekend workouts? And you get an extra point for every page you share with us. |

justjac glad you got everything sorted, that sort of stuff drives me batty! I really like how you added the brochure and the travel and time elements! anniefb your card is stellar! Love that awesome background! myboysnme holy scrap that’s a lot of pages  in 13 hours I’d probably get 2 done  I can only see a few on the top but they look fabulous!!

I didn't end up doing much housework - just started laundry and did dishes....the headache turned into a migraine and I ended up in bed. I finished 1 freestyle page today. I had hoped to finish so much more this weekend BUT my family gave me a surprise birthday party yesterday at a hotel and invited 35 people to come and stay there overnight. Needless to say, not much creating time this weekend.

love your page design, thracian. Having that collection of photos and tags and painting and other elements in the middle with the various horizontal strips (are the red stripes washi?) helps to both focus on what is going on here and move through it from left to right. |
