Oh my yes! I have a 2005 RAV4 and I get so upset just thinking about ever having to get rid of it. DH says I should get a new car and I always say I’m never getting another! This one will last me forever. And it just might too! It’s so reliable and never had real issues. It’s just the perfect fit for me in every way and they’ve changed the design so they are bigger now. I love love love my little RAV.

We just sold my 2005 Trailblazer in November. I am leasing a sparkly, red 2017 Toyota 4 Runner. I felt guilty for about two weeks because there was nothing wrong with my Trailblazer. I have since gotten over the guilt and love my new SUV. 4Runners are one of the best dog cars Mine is a 2007 that I've had for six years now and I love that thing. I keep the crate in the cargo for the dogs and love that I can roll the back window down to give them just as much air as I want And the crate is big enough that we can fit both the GSD and the Samoyed in it. It's a little tight so we only do that for short trips, but they fit fine and don't seem to mind We brought home two "enormous" pups from Kansas last weekend. I brought the crate in case we needed it, but found that the little sister and brother preferred to be in this dog carried or our arms. Pretty sure they will fit up front even when they are full grown!

Glad to know I'm on a very large bench for this! I stalked the car I wanted for YEARS! It wasn't very common here and very few dealerships, the closest one to me was 4 hours away. I told myself that if I landed my dream job, I'd order the exact car I wanted...my dream car, a Mini Cooper! In 2008 that happened! I ordered my car online and built it exactly like I wanted. They sent me all kinds of updates and pictures of it on the assembly line, then pictures of it with my name on the windows, one saying "River's baby". The day it was finally delivered to the nearest dealership, it was like I was going to pick up my adopted baby. I was in absolute heaven driving the 4 hours home.
I have a long (over an hour each way) commute to work, so spend a lot of time driving. This car fit me perfectly! I'm small and short and have trouble in several cars, but this one was perfect. I drove it until the end of 2016 when my oldest DS was going off to college. Because of the high milage on my Mini, it was time to take it off the long commute. So, we gave DS the option of taking my car (which he'd always loved because he's also very small) or us finding him something else small. He had previously been driving our very old Ford Expedition which was way too big for him. He chose my car...I cried for over a week after handing him the keys. I did get me another Mini Cooper, but it's just not my BABY, like the other one. I also got a different style and don't care for it. I want my original Mini!!!

This post also reminded me of when I was about 6 years old and we had just gotten a new car. My parents took us to a monster truck show and when the monster trucks started running over the cars I freaked out and started crying. My parents were like wtf?? And I was like 'they're gonna kill Betsy' (our old car). Lol, that was a traumatic experience.

A couple of years after we got married, my husband drove my Honda when I got a new car. He had it for at least 2 years and he decided he wanted to trade it one day while I was out. We spoke on the phone and he said he'd probably trade it the next day and not want to make a rash decision. I come home and see a brand new car in the garage. The dealer made him a deal that he decided to take. I burst into tears when I realized my car was gone and I never even got to say goodbye to it. For a good two days afterward whenever I thought of the car or saw his new one, I started doing the ugly cry!

Yes!!!!!!
I had a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo. It was a pile of garbage. I loved that thing so much that I started looking for another the other night.
