A few weeks ago I posted that I’d bought a Waffle Flower stamp I thought was defective. Just wanted to give you the follow up. I emailed the company and they asked for a picture of the stamped image, the name of the vendor, and the order number, which I sent them. Several days later they sent a very nice email saying that the stamp did look defective and they were sending me a new one. I got it about a week later along with their catalog which had some nice card ideas for a lot of their stamps. I love it when companies treat their customers well.

Great to hear! I've got one WF stamp set I haven't inked up yet. Must give it a go when I next send something to my niece.

Lovely to hear! I did a little guessing game before I opened your post to say "Good or bad? What's my guess?" And I guessed "Good". I'm so glad I was right in my assessment of them as a company. They seem like they'd do the right thing, and they did!
