Good evening (here). I wanted to get this up since I have succumbed to the school germs brought home to me. BOO! I will be resting tomorrow again but hope to get back to creating and commenting soon! crystalb ooh hooray for a new challenge! but ugh, so so sorry you're not feeling well. we have all pretty much passed it around here and also at work  hope you are feeling better soon!! your LO is fantastic! really really love the stamping, very cool!

because i have to get up at the buttcrack of dawn and *shudder* go to work, i’m going to go ahead and post mine for this challenge. i used stamping, blue and puffy stars. handwritten journaling too but i always do that.  |

Here's mine, inspired by kiwigirl's layout from the Day 6 challenge. Doodling/strips (I didn't have any b/w paper, so I striped the strips), something puffy (the heart), and something blue (watercolors). When DD dyed the ends of her younger sister's hair.  crystalb , your page is so sweet. I like the softer primary colors you chose, and the little shapes and dots on the page are really nice details. stinkerbelle , I love how you combined the stamping and the thickers for your title. And that die cut is perfect for your photo! |

kiwigirl, I love how those happy colours pop against the black. Here is my page for this challenge. These girls love posing. Took me a while to dust off my stamps and then find the right colour of red. I used a sketch from THIS website. Used Stamping, Strips, and Handwriting: You & Me by Gramma Dee, on Flickr I used some of the scraps plus a few extra pieces to scrap the other photos I had of these girls--this time goofing around for the camera. This one is finished, but not my favorite layout. I used stamping (stamped the spatters on light blue paper), puffy heart stickers, blue paper, and strips of journaling. Tyler's Scout troop had 10 Eagles in 2010 so the younger boys made a goal of having 11 Eagles in 2011. Tyler was one of the 11.  Eagle Scout 11-11-11 by Nylene Budge, on Flickr This challenge has helped me to do a layout and leave it alone. Usually I redo and rearrange for 2-4 days before I glue anything down. It has been fun to see my album filling up. I need to practice working a bit faster. Thanks crystalb for the challenge. Hope you are feeling better. Thanks grammadee for starting this challenge. |

crystalb, I love your inspiration layout. Your doodling is my favorite part. Love the design and those cute photos. stinkerbelle, your layout is so cute. I love the camera paper and love all the angles of your elements. Love the glittery letters. Sweet photo and I love the little picture of the snowball thrower. msliz, I started laughing as I clicked on your layout. That's how my hands look every time I stamp. How long did it take for it to wear off? Love the entire layout and especially the inking background. kiwigirl, I love, love, love this layout. I love the black background and the way every element pops. Fabulous design. grammadee, your pages are great. I love the many photos you were able to use. Such cute girls! It looks like they love being together. Will leave love in the gallery. @elaynef, LOL, I love their costumes. So adorable. I especially love the little lock of hair curling on the forehead. I remember boys in my neighborhood who looked just like that in the 50's. Such a sweet little Judy and handsome John. Delightful layout. myboysnme, that's a great layout. I love the 4 photos in a grid. It makes me want to sit and read by the water in a warm place! Love your little crab border. Great page.
