kiwigirl , I love how those happy colours pop against the black. Here is my page for this challenge. These girls love posing. Took me a while to dust off my stamps and then find the right colour of red. I used a sketch from THIS website. Used Stamping, Strips, and Handwriting:You & Me by Gramma Dee, on Flickr I used some of the scraps plus a few extra pieces to scrap the other photos I had of these girls--this time goofing around for the camera. You & me 2 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr I love red/black/white combo. I am glad you dusted off your stamps and found the right color red! Thank you for playing!

I think I have at least 3. I have blue, some hand written journalling, some paper strips and a tag of sorts. There is a little puffy shell on the tag. You have beautiful handwriting! Thank you for playing!

This one is finished, but not my favorite layout. I used stamping (stamped the spatters on light blue paper), puffy heart stickers, blue paper, and strips of journaling. Tyler's Scout troop had 10 Eagles in 2010 so the younger boys made a goal of having 11 Eagles in 2011. Tyler was one of the 11. Eagle Scout 11-11-11 by Nylene Budge, on Flickr This challenge has helped me to do a layout and leave it alone. Usually I redo and rearrange for 2-4 days before I glue anything down. It has been fun to see my album filling up. I need to practice working a bit faster. Thanks crystalb for the challenge. Hope you are feeling better. Thanks grammadee for starting this challenge. I love these colors. Great stamping and use of arrows. What a fun story, I am glad you are doing well with the glue and get it done method! Thanks for playing!

Hi Crystalb- Hope you are feeling better! Thank you for this prompt. It took me awhile to finish this & not the best photography on the pages. I had to research a bit of the journaling. I chose to do a 2 page traditional layout for the Take 3. I used 5/6 suggestions: stamping, blue, tag, strips & handwritten jounaling. We visited our dear friends in Bossier City, LA. who showed us around their town. 28-4-28 by Pati Nuce, on Flickr 28-4-28 by Pati Nuce, on Flickr 28-4-28 by Pati Nuce, on Flickr

That is AWESOME, mamakoala . That is the glory of an activity like this. We get to let go and just play. My motto is Grab Glue & Go. And, BTW, it doesn't look unplanned at all. Looks very well put together. Love it!

Those selfies look like Nana and the kids were having a blast, MDscrapaholic! Love all the little word & phrase pieces that add so much to the fun feel of this page. I might just lift that design idea of using a circle and strip to anchor the strips and set them apart from the busy background.

MDscrapaholic I love how much movement is in the page, from the patterns to the circles, to the offset photo placement; it feels really youthful and fun. gramma her dress is beautiful, I love how you've paired it with the deeper blue papers. The sparkles are lovely too.
