I received my order a week or so ago and everything was there. It was a big (to me) order, 10 sticker sheets and 5 stamp sets. I hope I'm not an outlier!

I've never had any issues before this order. I was happy to get a quick response. I'm not upset about the stamp set that is out of stock....I panic bought most of them lol. But if anyone got two That's Bananas sets I'll buy one.

I sent an email since there is no movement in the tracking number attached to my order. It’s the largest order I have ever placed for scrappy stuff and I’m going to be really disappointed if they’ve lost it or never mailed it and nothing I ordered is available.

If a card is included in every order, it sure seems like it's phase 1 of the teaser campaign. Looking forward to phase 2.
The order that left KP first appears to be struggling to get to France. The other order seems to have arrived at the French customs. Let's see how long it takes to process the parcel and whether I get hit with the sales tax (I don't mind the tax, I mind the ridiculous administrative fee that's around 20€/$22).

Received a nice reply from Anna and a shipment is in its way to me priority. They refunded my shipping, but no indication that I’m not getting everything I ordered. Fingers crossed cause one of the stamps sold out quickly and I was lucky to get it. It makes me wonder if it was packaged but not shipped? I’ll have an update tomorrow when it’s supposed to arrive.

I don't mind the tax, I mind the ridiculous administrative fee that's around 20€/$22 Ditto, it's same with UK customs. The fee is always ridiculous compared to the tax itself. Hope your package is processed with speed. It's always a kick in teeth for it to sit in customs for weeks AND you have to pay the fee + tax. Le sigh. |

Hoping for a happy and swift resolution for all those with missing items. KP really needs a new logistics centre if she plans on putting out more physical products in the future. They are consistently bad at filling her orders.
I think I've cracked the code for US-EU deliveries (or part of it, anyway). The San Francisco hub is absolutely terrible in comparison to the LA hub. The two parcels that have sailed smoothly to France since March went both through LA. The rest sent from the West coast has transitted through SF and taken significantly more time (up to 4 times as long).

I received my missing order. Thankfully, everything was there. I was worried since I ordered the Leave No Trace stamp set and it sold out. I did get two extras. I got an extra Trump sticker and I also got a Christmas Currents TN by LLP kit that I didn’t order. I’m so happy!!!

Nevermind about my parcel that had arrived in France. It said missed delivery although it never came to the south and remained in Paris and is now on its way back to who knows where because it just arrived in Fort Worth, TX.
I give up. I'm over the shipping issues. I'm no longer buying from the US until the issues are sorted out with the mail. I can't believe they're charging $15 for this service.

As soon as you exceed a certain standard of dimensions/weight/volume, you're relegated to the crazy circuit. I hope you get your things, or at least a refund! $15-16 is the regular charge for scrappy stuff from indie designers (no 12x12 pages or heavy stuff). I spent almost 1h on the phone to talk to someone from the French postal service and they've never flashed the code as being in the French customs, let alone a missed delivery so it looks like it's another error from USPS who've likely now sent it back to sender. Between the wet parcel that took two months to arrive and this, there's clearly a major issue with USPS since the pandemic started. My SB.com order with only a few rolls of adhesive has not had its tracking updated in three weeks. My other KP order hasn't updated since the 16th of July. I just don't know what they're doing but I think drunk pigeons may be involved and that's the conspiracy I'm down with in 2020. |

Well I finally got my order and I'm pretty sure there's a problem. I could have sworn I ordered the fifth ave number stamps and I received the outline ones. I went back to my order confirmation and it doesn't say anything about them being the outline. I can't find anything on her website for a description or anything. I'm almost certain I wouldn't have ordered the outline stamps, I wanted the solid ones. Sigh.

I don’t even recall seeing an outline of those. I got the Fifth Avenue seconds and I’m pretty sure I’d have hobbled up the outline too if it was there.

I bought the 5th ave number and outline stamp. They are on the wrong acetate sheet. The solid stamp is on the outline sheet and vice versa. Kelly emailed me to let me know they were switched after my order finally shipped (for the 2nd time).
