MDscrapaholic, I love that embossed card. What folder is that? DawnMcD, great digi page! Love all the quirky hearts and that photo says a lot about who these people are and how they feel about each other. stinkerbelle and nylene, I love that you went for the word LOVE and what it represents. And that you used colours not traditional for Valentines' pages or cards.

grammadee , it's the heart and corner dies from the January Hero Arts kit. I cut them from the same paper as the card stock.

grammadee Another great layout. I like your inked heart and how it draws the eye to your photos. @elaynef I can just picture your 4 grandsons teasing their father about his rock & roll days. I really like how you didn't go with a stereotypical "manly" layout, but chose soft papers and embellishments. scrapincin Pretty! I love how you doubled up the squares behind each heart. gramma What a vibrant page - perfect for those darling cheer photos. jeremysgirl I adore the pink brick paper you used for the heart. You and your sister look so happy together. I love it. MDscrapaholic I like that you used the same paper for the die cut and the background. I finished a two page spread called How Sweet It Is To Be Loved By You. I used a very old SG kit that I have had at least 3-4 years with pictures from this year.

Here's my LO. I struggled and struggled and ended up just saying bollocks to it and sticking it down. This is one of my go-to LO's, a load of tags across the middle of the page. I did the same thing on day 4's monochrome challenge too. It's one way to use up some of those ephemera/die cuts  I am loving the black background at the moment, it really does make some colours pop more than white.  |

I knew immediately what I would do for this Word Prompt: (Unfortunately we had a big snowstorm yesterday, so venturing out for photos wasn't possible until today.) We just became Great Grandparents in December & we are absolutely smitten with our New Great Baby. This is a traditional 2-page layout. A little late, but better late than never. Mother's Day with my brother, my sisters, me, and Mom. Not that you can tell with the faces hiding behind the paper scraps, sigh.  grammadee , I love your big pink heart. @elaynef , that's such a great photo. Bet his kids cracked up when they saw it! scrapincin , it's a very sweet card - the tiny hearts make me think of those candies with the messages gramma , such a cute couple of pages. Did you make the cheer embellishments? or were you just super lucky in finding those in the school colors? jeremysgirl , for such a simple idea, it has so much impact! I think I might have to lift your lift of grammadee's lift of Simple Stories. MDscrapaholic , congratulations on the new little guy!
