My favorite stamp company is Heartfelt Creations. Many of their flower stamps can be used to create gorgeous 3D flowers. The 3D flowers may not go easily into an envelope, but they are beautiful on a package. They also have coordinating stamps that are flat and do fit into a card. It's the best of both worlds.
I really think their new Lush Lilacs product line has some of the prettiest stamps and papers that they have ever produced.
For the record, I have no affiliation with them other than as a customer, although I would love to try out for their design team someday.
I also love the Altenew and Hero Arts stamps that can be layered instead of coloring. I'm a fan of Art Impressions, and Art Gone Wild because they have fun stamps that make into cute, creative cards. When I go to stamp conventions, though, Heartfelt Creations gets most of my money.
I am not sure if I'll get to any of the conventions this year, so I am buying online. That opens up additional opportunities to empty my wallet.
Who are your favorite stamp companies? What do you love about them?

I really love Concord & 9th, Kelly Purkey and Neat & Tangled. Concord & 9th because they have innovative stuff and great design, Kelly Purkey because they're so unique compared to the rest of the market and Neat & Tangled for the fun sentiments.

Other than stampin up (which is by default) I think the companies I have the most stamps from are My Favorite Things and Lawn Fawn. I'm drawn to the cute stamps and florals are so versatile.

I have many, many My Favorite things stamps so I think that makes them my favorite. I really admire Concord and 9th for their incredible creativity but I’m not drawn to buying them. Lately I have been liking Newton’s Nook a lot too.

WPlus9, and I cannot stress it enough. Beautiful designs, excellent customer service, and a wonderful Youtube channel for inspiration. I recently ordered my first of their ink pads. If I had to start over with buying ink, it would be theirs. I've heard it's the same formulation as Lawn Fawn and Hero Arts, but I swear WPlus9 stamps more smoothly.

While I haven't bought new stamps recently, my favorites are from Catslife Press*. Note I exclusively incorporate stamping into scrapping & am not a card maker, stamp artist, mixed media artist, etc. * I have no affiliation with the recommended company, except as a satisfied repeat customer. The stamps are original designs, made in the USA, deeply etched in red rubber, make crisp/clean impressions, & the (optional) wood mount is smooth. Also, shipping (to the opposite coast) is fast, & customer service is unsurpassed. ETA: www.catslifepress.com/catalog/index.

I am branching out a lot into other stamp companies lately - I used to be strictly Stampin' Up! (which was easy, but got boring for me). My latest favourites are The Ton (for the florals), MFT, and Mama Elephant. I also am really in love with the origami map stamp set from Neat & Tangled www.neatandtangled.com/products/origami-mapI'd like to buy more of their stuff when I've had a chance to use up some of the stuff I got for Christmas. The other company I'd like to buy from in the near future is Visible Image, from the UK - their astrology and music stamps in particular: visibleimage.co.uk

My favorite stamp companies are pretty much dictated by the type of cards I make. For all the kid cards, I find myself turning to MFT, Lawn Fawn, The Greeting Farm (for unicorns and mermaids), Kindred Stamps (for their Star Wars, Star Trek and Harry Potter inspired stamps), Taylored Expressions, Sugar Pea Designs and Reverse Confetti most often.
For animal cards (for shelters and rescue groups), add in Newton's Nook to the above mix.
For general thank you, thinking of you, Christmas and birthday cards, I'm fond of Avery Elle, Concord & 9th, Altenew, PTI and Hero Arts in addition to the above.

I've been a big Stampin up fan for years. I love the quality of their stamps. The past year, I've been disappointed in their new sets. Really nothing that says buy me buy me. I didn't even buy one stamp for Sale-bration. I recently bought Concord & 9th and really like it. I was impressed by the quality of the impression. I've always liked Hero Arts but again not wowed by them recently.
I LOVE Stamper's Anonymous Tim Holtz stamps. I love the quality/impression of the stamp.
I bought dies and stencils from Altenew but haven't tried their stamps. Thoughts on their stamps?

Their stamps are great for cards, scrapbooking and I love using them to decorate envelopes I send out.

I am very fond of the variety of styles of Penny Black stamps. They have everything from cutesy to gorgeous art, modern sophiscated and nature stamps. I am also very impressed with and a very long time fan of the not very well known lines from Northwoods Stamps - again they have everything from scenic to floral to wildlife to just plain adorable. Their holiday catalogs are something I look forward to each season. I am currently obsessed with the Stampendous Laurel Burch collection. I have been a Laurel Burch fan for many years. I also love the Stampendous House Mouse, Happy Hoppers and Gruffies lines and Lawn Fawn depending on the purpose of a card especially those going to children. I have bought a few Unity sets recently - I just adore their mama giraffe kissing her baby's head. I also like their inspirational stamps for their positive outlook.

I bought dies and stencils from Altenew but haven't tried their stamps. Thoughts on their stamps? I used to love Stampin' Up and Close to My Heart (CTMH). I still like the quality of their stamps, but I have not seen any designs for a long time that I wanted to buy from either of them. Stamper's Anonymous are a good quality stamp, too, but I don't buy them that often, either. I love the Altenew layered designs. I have bought a few. They are clear stamps, so I guess it depends on if you are a die-hard rubber fan. They are a good quality stamp, as long as you like clear stamps. Unless a stamp is a crappy quality, what matters most to me is the design. I buy both clear and rubber stamps. However, I no longer buy clear stamps if they are the type that you have to use fine sandpaper on the stamps before using them in order to get an acceptable image. I love Heartfelt Creations, not just because they sell a quality rubber stamp, but because I like a lot of their designs, especially their floral stamps. I like good quality clear stamps, because I can see where I am stamping. It's one reason I liked CTMH. They had (and presumably still have) a good quality clear stamp. I was disappointed when their focus and styles changed. I have checked out every company mentioned in this thread and will continue to do so. I love seeing what designs the different companies offer.

Popping back in to tell you to also check out Honey Bee Stamps. The designs are gorgeous and the quality is great. I normally order directly from them, as well as WPlus9, and they ship same day.

For many years my favourite was Papertrey Ink, but a lot of the newer designs don't appeal to me so much anymore (or maybe it's just because I have a largish collection now!) I also have a lot of Altenew layered flower stamps, then Concord & 9th would be up the top of the list as well because their products are so well thought out and versatile. I also have a few Lawn Fawn sets, sets by MFT and Paper Smooches and also Honey Bee.
I also have quite a few Studio Calico stamps as I was a subscriber for several years but don't think SC stamps are as good as those from the other companies mentioned.

I love Paper Artsy, Darkroom Door, and Chocolate Baroque stamps, most of which I buy from Frantic Stamper www.franticstamper.com/. Fran at Frantic Stamper has an enormous stock on hand. I also love Hot off the Press stamps from http://www.paperwishes.com; they're high quality. I always get good images with them. I use a lot of background stamps I love, but most of these are from companies now out of business.

One stamp company I didn’t see named here is Waffle Flower. I really like some of their designs for cards. Also, Helen Dardik, an artist I really like and follow on instagram, works with Waffle Flower — she paints with gouache, and her designs are like modern folk art. Here’s a link: waffleflower.com

I appreciate everyone who has posted. I have checked out each company that you have shared.
It's nice to learn about new companies, as well as to be reminded of companies that I used to see at the stamp store, when I lived closer to one.

I love Altenew but I hate that they don't have free shipping when you spend over a certain amount of money. I typically stock up when they have a free shipping code which isn't too often.
I like The Ton but again, no free shipping when you spend over a certain amount of money so I rarely purchase. That I'm aware of, they have never had a free shipping coupon code.
I'm starting to purchase more from Gina K. She has the BEST customer service and I want to spend all my money with her but I'm not fond of her earlier designs. There are too many outline images and I'm not a big coloring person. She is starting to up her design game so I find myself spending more money with her. Plus she has free shipping if you spend over $50.
Concord & 9th - Love them. They have such innovative products although I'm kind of done with the turnabouts.
Simon Says Stamp - I like some of their SSS exclusives.
Others are Hero Arts and PaperTrey Ink. With PTI, I only stay because of Betsy Veldman. She is brilliant. Other than that, I hate giving money to a company with such disdain for their customers.
Maybe I am an entitled witch but in my book if I spend over $75 at your store, you should ship my product for free.

I now have at least one more to check out, thanks!
Even after looking at what all these recommended companies offer, my favorite is still Heartfelt Creations. And yes, they do offer free shipping if you order at least $100 worth of products. It's all too easy for me to spend enough for the free shipping.
