My main pet peeve is companies that charge ridiculous amounts for products that can be purchased other places for less! as for videos, you guys have me scared to make a video now, LOL! I think I'll just remain a viewer and stick to my blog! If you’ve wanted to do videos, don’t let the comments dishearten you. It is so hard to make them but it is also so much fun to learn something new and be challenged. Yes, your videos might turn out strange in the beginning but you will get better. And some people love rambling, some don’t. Some love face to face, some don’t. I use these comments to be more mindful of things that I do when editing my videos. Paying more attention to some details that I might not be aware of. If this helps me improve: perfect.

The petrol odor of the new puffy stickers I bought. The package is open on the desk. I'm not sure I will use them.

I woke up with a headache this morning so maybe I'm just feeling cranky but one thing that I find annoying is the "cool craft girls clique" that seems to be emerging. I totally get that they know each other and are friends and want to support each other, that's natural. But I can do without the "slumber party" type photos they post when they get together and the "I love these gals so much!" followed by a pic of them all snuggly with cheesy smiles. It's always the same ones, usually led by Jennifer McGuire, with Kristina Werner and Laura Basson (sp?) sometimes Kelly from Lawn Fawn and Sandy Alnock usually tags along. Now I see they've added Gina K. to their group. What's funny is I like these people individually but when they get together it just feels so "cliquey" that it's off putting. Like the high school craft world, LOL I actually lost a little admiration for Gina when I saw her joining the group like a giggly little school girl. I have more admiration for the ones who keep their distance and stand alone without the constant name dropping of others. I think that's why I like Nichol Spohr so much, she is friends with these girls but you rarely see her acting silly with them, she stands alone and I find that cool!
And I do like all these girls, I really do, they are super talented and I watch them all the time, but sometimes I wonder if they realize the "image" they throw out there when they act so cliquey.
Jennifer McGuire seems to have designated herself as the "leader". I know she's talented but that chick rubs me wrong for some reason.
Oh my goodness, I need more coffee, sorry, LOL

I would have to echo others and say the Thickers that don't stay stuck is my biggest pet peeve. Having to put extra adhesive on each letter is a pain.

Mine is alphas where they give you the same quantity of commonly used letters as X,Y, & Z. Stupid! I have yet to have a sheet of alphas that actually has enough E's. Like, ever. Other grievances: -I hate the toxic smell of some stamps like the ones from studio calico. My KP and Hero Arts ones are odorless, so I don't understand why some smell bad. -When you love the way a product looks online, order it, but don't like it in person -Anything that is excessively frilly

Alpha stickers that only include 2 of each letter. That's never ever enough for me to get any kind of use out of it. And I don't buy a sticker sheet for a one-off use. KP alphas are the best because they include plenty of each letter and (I think) more of the vowels.
The other alpha sticker related peeve is when they don't include any numbers. Doing PL I always needed numbers (and they never include enough 1s and 2s to make lots of dates! -- I wanted to see a PL specific alpha sheet with extra 1s, 2s, M T W F and Ss because I used them SO MUCH). But even now that I mostly use alpha stickers for creative journaling, I still find that I need numbers.

I hate the lack of physical products available for pocket page scrappers. I would like to see more options than just Project Life and their poor offering. I want GOOD 3x4 journaling card packs, stamps with sentiments good for pocket page scrapping.
I hate that the only way to get these kinds of products is by subscribing to a kit club.

Feet photos! Maybe it just bugs me more in summer but I don't need to see your ugly toes in every picture 😝

I hate when I have tons of green cardstock and NONE are the right green. I guess that's more of a whine than a pet peeve!

@mscraftsalot Sandy Allnock is most definitely NOT in that clique. There was some dust up with Kristina Werner (why am I not surprised) and there was unfollowing involved. I believe this was at the last official CHA in Anaheim before it became Creativation and moved to Phoenix. But you’re right, it feels very high school-ish.

My pet peeve is when the branding strip is off sized and you trim it off and then have a piece of paper that is 11 15/16".

Have you checked out Elle's Studio Monthly Kit? They have a monthly kit that is really grand, IMO, for this kind of scenario.

I have a sweet, loving, NEEDY calico kitty who loves to crawl so over my desk while I'm trying to work on cards or scrapbook layouts. She can't figure out why I keep putting her on the floor! She is so cute but a giant pain in the butt.
Thicker stickers that don't stick.
Pens that run out of ink quickly. Precision pens, I'm looking at you!

Retailers that slap big old sticker on the back of cardstock. Especially if one side is smooth and one textured. Removing the sticker always leaves a mark.

The lack of authenticity from scrapbookers. I just read a blog post from a well known scrapper and it seemed to have a good message but then at the end it was just an ad for a beauty company.
I get that collabs and ads are how many of them make money these days. And I truly support that. But tell me upfront. Stephanie Howell is always so good about doing that so I appreciate it! But sometimes I feel manipulated by the rest and it’s irritating.

She went on an RV trip with her family, turns out it was really an ad for “GoRVing”. They even had stylists along to style the “candid” roadtrip pictures. How fucking fake can she get?!

Yep that’s the post. I think her start up and success story is so inspirational. And she seems like such a fun and creative person. But it’s “here’s my story and oh by the way I’ve hooked up with oil of Olay” I just hate that feeling. If she would have just said at the beginning, hey I’ve teamed up with oil of Olay and xyz, it would have seemed more real and not like being tricked into something. Just feels icky.

This one isn't a product issue - it's a crop thing. There always seems to be someone who let's these words "slip out" - "Are you REALLY going to use that/do that?" Just overhearing it makes me want to smack someone.
