Tennis shoes to workout in- I try them on in the store and walk around thinking these will work. I get home with them, try them on again and always go back to my old ones. And I mean OLD- like 5-6 years. So back they go. I do this 2-3 times a year and can't find a pair that I like. I know I will have to break in a new pair- they discontinued the ones I have of course. And I need to invest in some GOOD sports bras. I have the exact same issue with tennis shoes. Never regular shoes. But I buy a pair, I try them on and they seem ok in the store, I wear them once to workout and then I don't like them. I have decided that I am going to go to a specialty store and have them fit me for shoes instead of picking out my own. I was going to suggest a running store, even if your exercise of choice is not running.

I didn't even realize it but DH good friend stopped by my house the other day and said he was near our house picking up shoes. Turns out he has a lot of foot issues and his nephew works at this store. I decided right then that when I'm ready to purchase I am going there.

I'd like a sectional sofa, but we haven't found the perfect one yet. We can't decide if we would like one with recliners or one with a removable (and washable) slipcovers. I also want a couple of chairs for the pool deck. I didn't find any last year.

We also want to get new windows for the house, but we haven't scheduled anyone to come out and give us estimates yet, partially due to the time we would need to devote to setting it up, meeting people at the house, etc. We drug our feet on that same thing for no good reason other than inertia. Once we finally got the ball rolling and the new windows were installed? Oh my goodness. We opted for solid panels with no grids. It gives such a clean, wide-open look both inside and out. And the light that comes in now? Amazing. Find the time. You won't regret it. Other than groceries, I've gotten to where I hate shopping for most other things. I need to buy a hairbrush (I dropped mine and the handle broke off), pajamas (my favs are getting raggedy), and several health-and-beauty items. I have it all written on a little sticky note in my planner... that's losing its stickiness because I've moved it forward week... by week... by week... without having actually just gone to the damn store to buy the stuff.

I need a dresser. Apparently what I like/want may not exist, I still haven't found the one. I too need new throw pillows and can't find what I like in stores. I went to calico corners the other day and got samples of several fabrics. Hopefully I can get rolling on that soon. did you look at Rejuvenation? They are online and also have a store in Seattle I think. I did. Unfortunately they only have 5-6 dressers and none of them fit the bill for me,

I've been putting off having our taxes done - I dislike spending the money to have them figured out and this year I think we will owe quite a bit.
For all of the pillow needers - Aliexpress.com has a lot of really cool looking pillow covers that you could purchase to cover your current pillows. I know there are some peas that are anti-Aliexpress but if you're not, it may be worth looking.

I really need a new phone. I just hate the thought of dropping $800+ on it. Plus I love my android but everyone says I need an iPhone and all of our computers are Apple The other thing I'm missing on my Android phone is FaceTime. Why isn't there an app to make that work on Android? I'm a die hard Mac fan. Mr dad worked for them in the early years and I love my Mac book pro and my iPad. That being said, I'm Android phone all the way. Originally it was because you couldn't get iphones on our provider. Now it's that we use Google for everything and there are a number of apps I love that aren't on Apple. If you have other Apple devices use then for FaceTime. Or get everyone to use Google hangouts video chat. The purchase that I'm putting off. A new washer and dryer. I can't decide between a speed queen set or two stacked sets of front loaders. We moved in December and the dryer at the new house doesn't work correctly and baby #4 will be arriving by Saturday. So having a dryer that cooperates would be really, really nice.

My dishwasher is making a weird noise so I’m a bit worried I’ll have to replace it. Flat out at work for the next couple of eeekd but will get the repair guy in after that. Would rather not spend heaps of $$ at the moment.

not buy but do ... sort of get my hair cut. It's the longest it's been in a long time. I haven't cut it since before my mom died last year. There's alot of things I haven't done. I feel like I've been in a hole..But we're hosting Easter this year so I'm hoping that will get me going again. and I can get it cut this weekned and maybe a few fun easter things for decorating besides food.

we bought a new couch in 2 weeks of looking.. very very difficult.. cause we had to have it now!!! and not ordered. dh finally caved and bought the very very expensive one i liked, and agrees it was the best choice and it cost about 4 times as much as he wanted to spend. we have a long living room (21 x 15) ..with virtually two walls on the ends.. one long wall is a window.. floor to ceiling..with a view and the other long "wall" is two french door openings and a fireplace.
now we need to get a garage door, 6 new windows, and of course what comes first? we are getting a new stack pack for the mainsail on the boat, and a boat yard job where they pull the rudder and keel.. dh just retired...the garage door is only 10 yrs old and it rotted. time for metal door.

A second freezer. DH has got the vouchers for it, and we've even decided where it's going to go. But we've managed without for all this time that it's WAY down my list of priorities. Until the next time there's an offer on meat or a glut of apples...

Why isn't there an app to make that work on Android? I use the app Duo (it's a free app), it works similar to "facetime". My daughter and I set up a time when we will chat and then one of us just calls the other. My grandson loves this as he gets to hear me tell him stories and then he gets to tell me his story. The other day I got to see where he lost his first tooth. I love it and so does my grandson.

We needed a new mattress for forever and finally bit the bullet a few weeks ago and got one. It's so comfy and so worth the time and money that went into shopping for a new one. We need to paint badly. Our living room, dining room, stairs and front hallway are all connected and I dread the amount of work it will take to do all of that. We are not in a position where we can afford to hire a painter so it will be all on us. We live in a rental and have been here almost 10 years. They just keep painting on top of paint and it's all chipping away in big paint layered chunks. Down to the original old sage green paint the baseboards were once painted. The top layer of paint is kind of glossy and every time you touch it it leaves marks. I am constantly scrubbing the walls and I'm really tired of doing it. It looks horrible, but I just don't have the energy to tackle it right now.
