It seems like too much trouble. There are lots of papers and embellishments you can buy that already have foil on them, so I go with that. I don’t mind foiling a strip of tape or using glittery embossing powder though.

no, you're not the only one- I don't understand the appeal, either. (and I wonder if the stuff is selling like they thought it would?? there seems to be quite a supply of Minc machines and all sorts of supplies for foiling in the Tuesday Morning stores around here.

No interest here, either.

No interest......to me, it's just another thing I don't need to invest in or do.

I feel like too often in crafting, people get caught up in the (expensive) creative process instead of realizing there's a easier, cheaper, ready-made option. But many like doing that. They love the process. It's not my thing though.

All of the above. I went so far as to buy some foil to try doing some of the those foil techniques that don't involve laminating, sticky backings, etc. I didn't do that either. I don't dislike the look, I just don't want to be bothered.

I like it! I like it! LOL But then, I like all things like foiling, glitter, mirror card stock, metallics, etc. With that said, I like to use those in small doses. A word or sentiment in foil ( I have some Anna Griffin and Crafters Campanion). Maybe a layer on a greeting card of glitter or mirror card where only a 1/8" shows. I have gilding wax and gilding flakes I've yet to try. Sometimes I have to push myself to take the time to use things that take more time. But using different products challenges me and I do enjoy the challenge!
