Not sure if the teams stay as originally set up with possible new recruits, or if new teams are formed each month? If we do teams and do more than one month worth of it, I like new teams each month as some months you want to play, others you don't. I might like to join. I am home from surgery and it went better than I thought, so I should be able to make both of my April crops. I'm so glad to hear that everything went well and that your recovery is doing good!! |

So if there are 3 teams everyone interested gets assigned to a team? I know if I participate I am not going to do challenges because I am theme scrapping and gotta use what I have for those themes. Does each team then have its own thread to post layouts/cards/etc on? At the end there is a tally? I might like to join. I am home from surgery and it went better than I thought, so I should be able to make both of my April crops. I'll say 20 freestyle layouts per crop in case one crop is cancelled for some reason. I'll see how the rules turn out and if it's something I can commit to for a team. participation in challenges isn't a requirement, no worries  i think it would be nice for each team to have their own thread, but that is up to the team leaders. we could do it all in one thread so the board doesn't get clogged. and yes, there will be a tally at the end so we can proclaim the winning team. i'm glad you're home and feeling well enough to make your crops in april and i'd love for you to join in if you want |

Ok, after careful consideration of everyone’s comments, we’re going to do 2 competing teams. We’ll do the competition on a month-to-month basis, rotating players each month. Anyone who wants to join in can, at any time (and I hope you will!) but once the team is named for the month, there will be no add-ons. If you aren’t interested in being on a team but want to scrap along, please do! I'll play. I like the team and point ideas. Nothing motivates like a little competition and points are motivation. You don't have to "win" anything to be motivared. Maybe each team can post a challenge eah week.

i've added everyone up to here. i have to work an extra day this week, so i'll choose teams tuesday night or wednesday morning and get them posted for you. right now we have an odd number of players, so it would be great to have at least one more!
