we had 2 places to make cards for kids at Sbc  they both stopped so she posted this place thankfully . They have a few rules you can mail in batches if you wish you can make holidays or general.. you can make cards with scraps I have 30 birthday made I just bought adorable get well card set from Lori Whitlock it is great fun too www.cardsforhospitalizedkids.com/ |

Thanks for posting this. I've recently found this organization and am working on my first box. I reread the types of cards they are requesting - just wanted you to see the request about no "get well" as they often have children who suffer from medical conditions that are chronic, life-long, progressive and/or terminal.

I just discovered that website too. Jess Crafts on YouTube makes lots of cards for them using 6x6 paper pads, mostly from Doodlebug. It's nice to play with fun designs and know they're going to cheer some sick kids. I'm going to work on some soon.

I just ordered some doodlebug booville pad 12 x12 one that is 6x 6 2 packs of those die cut packages. wallmart has free ship 35. I can't wait to get these to start making these fun cards |

I am waiting for my order from Wallys to come in...I ordered 6x6 doodlebug for it and 2 packof die cuts.. 12x12 for us too. they said it would not be here till yesterday I did not mind cause it was free shipping

Thank you so much for posting this site! I used to make cards for a woman in Arizona who distributed baskets to women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. The cards were blank inside and intended to be used by the cancer suffer to jot thank you notes or quick correspondence. I went ahead and stamped mine with the unlimited stamp to save her that expense. Someone had sent a basket to this woman upon her diagnosis and she was so touched that she vowed to do the same thing if she was able to beat her cancer. She did, but eventually stopped making the baskets and I hadn’t found a new location to send cards to. I will totally enjoy making cards for children.
