Sorry if this seems confusing - I've seen paint chip samples on blogs that the blogger uses as inspiration for cardmaking. Where can I find those samples online? Here is an example of what I am talking about: clicky

If you are talking about the actual paint chips that people use to sample paint colors, you might can try paint manufacturer websites to see if the offer them digitally.

snapyourcolors.com/ It's not a pre-made inspiration chip, but you can upload your own photo to have a chip made, or you can enter a url for a photo and it'll create one. Sometimes I'll just like the "tone" of a photo and I'll chip it to see the colors and save it for later. It's also great for pulling colors from your photos for a layout.
