Can anyone who owns a Gemini Jr. tell me about the warranty?
I broke my right elbow in Oct and am having difficulty "churning" my beloved and very ancient Cuttlebug. I am thinking about pulling the trigger and getting a Gemini Jr, but I am a hesitant because of the problems I have had in the past with Crafter's Companion products such as the original Spectrum Noir markers. They did not stand behind that product and it was an expensive lesson for me. I am on a fixed income and have limited funds because of the costs of my co-pays for cancer treatment, so a purchase of this size is serious for me. I have seen reviews where the Gemini Jr. stops working after a very short period of time. I can't find any warranty info on Amazon or the Crafter's Companion website other than they will accept the return of a defective or damaged upon arrival product within 30 days of your order. 30 days seems like a pretty poor warranty period for something that costs so much.
Anyone have any experience with this?

I did try to call Crafter's Companion to ask about their warranty, however, they are closed until 3/30 for inventory and customer service is not available until 4/2/2018. Their website says they are very busy with orders and it may take 7 to 10 days to process an order. I guess that tells me a lot as far as the priority they place on Customer Service. I don't understand why you would have to close it down just because you are taking inventory. It seems they could still keep Customer Service functional.

I don't have one to give you my experience and no one is my crafting group has one ....yet. All of us with an electronic cutter have the Vagabond 2.
However, what about calling HSN? They sell it and I found this on their website: For warranty information, please call HSN.com Customer Service at 800.933.2887 (8 am-1 am ET).

I’m not at home right now, but I’ll look at the paperwork for the exact warranty when I get home.
I bought my Gemini Jr from HSN Jan 4, 2018. Mid February it stopped working after about 6 uses. Since it was past the HSN return date, I contacted Crafter’s Companion and they had me return the machine and the plates ( prepaid label) so they could check it. They ended up sending me a new machine and new plates at no charge.
I’ll try to find the warranty paper and post the exact info later if that will be of any use. Love my Gemini and Gemini Jr.

Here’s the US Warranty from the Gemini Jr User Guide. Ugh.. it's sideways. I keep turning it, but it won't stay. You will have to lay down to properly read it.

Your help has been integral in my decision to go ahead and treat myself. Once I though about it, I thought it was ironic and pretty funny that here I am terminally ill, and worried about having at a one year warranty on a purchase when I probably won't outlast the warranty period. At any rate I do appreciate your taking the time to look that up and assist me. It was really nice of you! I can hardly wait now!!!
