I’ve not done something like that. I’m pretty sure that’s a computer generated mock up, not an actual photograph of a real product.
I would experiment with the weight of paper that you need. Maybe 24 lb copy paper? I’d not go too heavy, or the creases will “crack”. But thin paper will sag in a humid environment. A bone folder may be handy to use.
He’s pretty cute! I really like the bear.

I have an old cricut, never thought of that. I purchased the pdf from this etsy seller and planned to hand cut.
