So I've been meaning to try and figure out how to create and print my own Project Life cards for years. I finally did it! I've been using the Silhouettes Studio to create my cards and I'm so excited that I have infinite options now!
My only problem is that I hate my printer driver. I have a great laser printer, the Canon LBP 612, but when I go to print, I basically have options of copy paper or heavy. It's kind of frustrating that I don't have more options like Matte or cardstock. I have some Ultra Premium Presentation paper from Epson that is supposed to be really good to print on, but it keeps jamming. Even if I choose the heavy option, I've been dealing with a lot of paper jams. I've downloaded and tried a few different drivers but I haven't found one that I really like. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer. I also downloaded the print driver directly from Canon. Anyone have any advice for me there?

I would love to know how you are creating your own PL cards in the Silhouette! Is there a link you could share?

I would love to know how you are creating your own PL cards in the Silhouette! Is there a link you could share? Shoot, no link to share. I just kind of figured it out. What I did was open a blank project in my Silhouette studio, change the paper size to 8.5x11, and then made 3x4 and 4x6 cards. I figured out that I could also add a couple of 2x2 in there too. I can email you my template if you want! PM me you email if you'd like me to do that. Then you should be able to open the template and basically from there you can use the buttons on the upper right to change the fill pattern, or add text, or change the outline of the cards.
