I think I've found my 2018 PL approach and have started working on it. As I was planning out where photos, text and lists would go, I realised we don't have a thread dedicated to sharing what little things in life, new (or old) likes and other news or cultural tidbits are making it into our current PL spreads so I thought I'd start one just for fun and sharing our current tastes. Come share what you're liking, reading, watching, listening to or celebrating in PL right now! It might spark interest in someone else and help us discover new things or think of documenting some that we'd forgotten to include.

Kicking off by answering myself... Because duh. April 2018 so far: - reading Census by Jesse Ball (touching and powerful, definitely recommended) and Feel Free: Essays by Zadie Smith- listening to Miguel's latest album, War & Leisure- watching The Man in the High Castle (catching up on season 2) and the brand new BBC drama with a delightfully quirky sense of humour Killing Eve- loving the return of clear blue skies, sunshine, warm weather as well as the surrounding wisteria in bloom (oh my, I forgot how dreamy they are) - wearing ballerina flats again, finally!

Honestly, I’m struggling a little bit lately and don’t know how to capture in my weekly PL, so I usually find myself incorporating lot more about my kids to fill that void. Between this week and last though I’m including: Wearing- a brand new skirt that’s springy and makes me feel grown up Eating- a picture of the bags of groceries for the week Giving- a screenshot of the Together Rising fundraising flash mob for Syria I donated to as a nod to current events Weather- it’s 30-something degrees F in Tennessee in April and it’s snowing. That’s just crazy. I rarely add weather stuff, so this stands out. I know many people have moved on from PL, but I continue to love, love, love capturing my life like this and having those snippets to look back upon.

Thanks for starting this thread! I am definitely putting the weather in my spread because last Monday (the 9th) it snowed here and on Friday it hit 81 degrees and my family and I took our first Rails to Trails bike ride of the season.
On Saturday I finally got a chance to photograph the Lego set that my daughter and I assembled, and also finally got a chance to put her pins from our Spring Break trip in a shadow box and photograph that. So those photos went in.
I got together with some students and parents to see "Wrinkle in Time" and I'm kicking myself for not taking a group photo! But the ticket stub is in there.
I also went to a Mummenschanz performance with my students. No photography allowed but I did take one of everyone waiting for the performance, and also grabbed a picture from the Internet of something that we saw.
I liked seeing what you all are including and I hope more people post.

I love Project Life, I'd love to see more people do it. For April, I am documenting:
* Easter Sunday, all activities of the day...I even took a bunch of photos inside church * My car died this month, so photos of all that, including one of my ex-husband's old truck he is letting me use until I get a new one * Lots of photos of a little dog I am puppy sitting * Flowers I see on my walks and photograph * Fitness activities * photo of a blouse I ordered and received * My front yard after I mowed it but the yard looks terrible; I will use this as a "before" photo for all my Spring yard clean-up activities
And a few other things, I think I'm a chatty person.

Avicii passing at age 28. I'm not really into EDM much but I've had so many of his songs on my workout playlists through the years. That is a ridiculously young age to die. Going to compile the songs of his that I worked out to over the years on a PL card.

Finishing up my March pages - 12 x 12 Design A - with an assortment of home/work/music pics. Have a few more 3x4's to include to finish up the month, two of my son singing at a local Country Oprey show, two of kids at school after eating fresh blueberry cups. I'm a Lunch Lady, and the purple faces were hilarious! Also need to do a currently card for the month.
I am quite pleased about my PL process so far this year. Being just a month behind is excellent for me! I won't mention 2017...😵

I’m taking a photography course and it sparked me to think of taking pictures from different angles. I’m going to get down low or take pics from above. See if I can see new things, or the same things differently.

Not too much about me, but DD20 just travelled extensively throughout New Zealand for spring break, where she is studying abroad this semester. Lots of amazing photos of Hobbiton, sea kayaking, bungee jumping, Maori culture. Now DS23 is traveling for work and vacation in Dubhai, Oman, and Jordan. I am living vicariously through them for now and trying to just pick the highlights to put in my album. It’s hard because they are all so scrap-worthy. I’m going to have to make separate albums at some point.
