I have been watching the tubers showing how to make an Impossible Card. Different measures for different size cards. Each says to measure exactly in the middle and exactly from each end, and score in the exact middle.
My Dear Gentle Peap's, don't listen to them. Once you see the method, do your own thing. It doesn't matter the size of paper you start with, you don't need center, sides don't need to be the same, the cuts can be crooked or wavy (deco scissors) ... there are no rules here. Give it a shot, it's just paper.

Preach it, honey eta: in all seriousness, I finally had a chance to look at them, and they're not impossible at all. Don's right, it's easy enough to just wing it in any size. The hard part is finding an envelope.

I hear you! Whenever I start out copying YouTube design I like, I lose patience by about the second step. Lots more work than just doing my own thing.

I don’t do much cardmaking so I hadn’t heard of this. I googled it and I saw some really cool cards. I watched a couple of videos as well. I might try this technique. Thanks for posting and for the tips.

I'd never heard of this card till this thread, so I had to go look it up-- it's a cute card! thanks for posting about it. (I must say, though- the video I chose to watch was almost 15 minutes long, and she was talking about measure this, 3/4 inch from that, etc. I just skipped over all that. Seeing the finished card and the 'trick' is the important part.
