Canadians-where do you get vinyl

Is there a place online any of you know within Canada? I'm trying to find vinyl in bulk for a friend. The Cricut stuff seems awfully expensive to me! My friend is doing window art. She wants me to cut out sayings in black vinyl so she doesn't have to rely on the stuff she finds in the dollar stores (which strangely enough cost well more than a dollar and some are actually paper, not vinyl like).
