No spoilers from me.  I gave it 4 stars on GR. It was really 3.5 stars. I thought it was decent but not exceptional. If you are looking for amazing crime fiction, try A Dark and Broken Heart by RJ Ellory. Warning: it's quite violent. If you are looking for a great psychological thriller, try Grist Mill Road by Yates or Three Days and a Life. A Dark Chapter is also suspenseful although there are trigger warnings -- the book is about a rape victim and the aftermath. Happy reading. Lisa |

Not worth it. I really disliked the main character. The only reason I finished was because it was the only book I had with me on a plane ride.
