Collin Kartchner (DearLizzy's husband) on Reddit

I just took a look at his stuff again. I don’t understand him and his message at all. He is annoying and his use of slut rubs me the wrong way. Great that he raised money for people in need but that doesn’t make the rest of what he does make sense. The biggest thing I don’t understand is that no matter how you wrap it his wife seems to be what he is trying to help people not be.

Thank you for spinning off the thread and finding the posts. There is another one too. I read a couple of frugality boards over at Reddit. YOu know they track your cookies and suggest boards you might like. We were talking about Collin a few months back and then I go over to Reddit and there is his slut shaming name on my suggestion board!!!!! I was mad, lol. I read it, shamelessly!

I know it was like Reddit social influencer or something along the line of Instagram social influencer's for Reddit. Now, I can't find it. How frustrating. I think it's because some boards might be changing their names with the new Reddit updates.

His character didn't "retire" for long.

I kinda get his new message. But social media has brought a ton of friends into my life and for someone with severe social anxiety, I'm thankful it exists. Even when I was in school and yahoo chatrooms and AIM were the top ways to communicate.

Telling kids to just not do it is harsh. Sure he'll find handfuls of kids who don't care about it, but also smart use should be taught. But he seems to be all or nothing since he's using social media to run this campaign.

Per his IG account, his next gig is being a speaker at an event sponsored by Walker Edison Furniture and the Kartchner Family (x). I mean, a tax write-off is money but I wouldn't be surprised if feeding his ego was his main motivation. He clearly loves the attention and validation of his self-worth.
