I do one like this but it's the (dry) Italian dressing and a jar of sliced peppercini's over the roast cook for 6 or 7 hours. No other ingredients. After it's cooked I kinda twist it with fork and it's ready to go on a good roll or bun or anything you want to put it on. It's great. I might try the above recipe. That sounds good.

We really liked this recipe - but boy was it salty. I am so used to nearly no salt in my cooking. Had to admit it did taste good though!

That sounds good. hmmm, might try and sub the ranch for Italian, everybody liked it except older ds doesn't care for ranch so thought it was just okay.

I've slow cooked a roast with just jar of pepperoncini poured on top and nothing else. It was gooooood. Used medium because nobody else likes"hot" and it's more for the flavor and not the heat anyhow.
