I love coming to this place and watching y'all lose your shit! The left has spent the past 18 months crying we're going to war with NK. The possibility of a summit with NK had all of you mocking and making fun of the possibility. Now, here we go again. Dumbo-in-Chief Obama didn't even try to get shit done; what a pansy. At least celebrate the release of 3 Americans under Trump. Or was that Dumbo's doing? "Dumbo?" I see our Dear Leader's great command of the English language had rubbed off on you Nah, just following the lead here. You know, like Cheetoh-in-Chief, Tiny Hands, etc. Blah Blah Blah

shocked, I tell ya! have you HEARD the letter? it sounds like a really bad break-up letter from an 8th grader... It certainly didn't sound real when they first started reading quote from it this morning, when I was listening to the news on the radio. I hope even your 8th graders have a better command of their own language than the way that letter has been written. It's truly shameful of whoever composed it and for Trump to sign it.

ABC News...
“NEW: South Korean government convenes national security meeting in wake of Pres. Trump’s cancellation of North Korean summit, saying they did not know the letter was coming and are “trying to find out what President Trump meant and what the letter exactly means.”
And you wonder why I said this was nothing but a big screw up on trump & company’s part.
A redponsible person would let their “partner” in these negotiations know beforehand about this letter. trump has proven once again he is not one just like he can’t be trusted.
Note - this observation is based on his own actions.

"Dumbo?" I see our Dear Leader's great command of the English language had rubbed off on you Nah, just following the lead here. You know, like Cheetoh-in-Chief, Tiny Hands, etc. Blah Blah Blah And we are following the lead of president tiny hands and his “endearing“ nicknames for those as he perceives as his enemies. The way I see it, the man shows absolutely no respect for the American people, so why should I show him any respect? And please don’t use the argument that he derserves our respect because he is the president. What this man has managed to do is tarnish the Office of The President of the United States like no other man has done in the past. He has actually managed to make Nixon look better then he is. Kudos to trump.

Welcome to the fucking club.”

Not surprised. Not gleeful, but fully expected this meeting would never occur. Trump is a poor negotiator and has no one on his team who is skilled at diplomacy. Any previous administration would never have released that letter as is. It would have been polished and worthy of comprehension. This administration doesn't tell it like it is because they have no clue how it really is.
And somebody is an angry elf.

I don’t know who “Shadow Cabinet” is, but I like this term and it’s certainly a fitting term for trump & company...
“Impulse Diplomacy:
Quickly agreed to "Summit" w/o planning...then pulled out w/o telling allies there..then letter that alternates b/t diplomacy & nuke war.
Anything Trumpier than this one? Anyone surprised SoKorean confidance in US went from 87% under 44 to 17% under 45? 17%.“

What frightens me most of all is the blind devotion of his followers. I can tell you that if I voted for someone who proceeded to act this way, I would do everything possible to make sure they never held office again.
ETA: I realized as I hit post that my comment could apply to either of them. That is even more frightening. I was referring to trump, for the record No different than that blind devotion to Obama and Hillary and your belief that they could do no wrong, and that both had the best interests of the USA always in mind with every decision they made.

I don’t have the technical abilities to bring a copy of trump’s letter over here but CNBC provided some excerpts. Oh yes the Dow fell 150:points as soon as they heard. “President Donald Trump has canceled his historic summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un next month. The meeting, which would have marked the first face-to-face encounter between a sitting U.S. president and a North Korean leader, was set for June 12 in the southeastern Asian island city state. "Sadly, based on the tremendous anger and open hostility displayed in your most recent statement, I feel it is inappropriate, at this time, to have this long-planned meeting," Trump wrote in a letter to Kim, which was released Thursday morning. The news came as North Korea made a show of dismantling a nuclear test site, but also on the heels of some sharp words from the North Korean government about American demands regarding denuclearization. While much of the letter was written in conciliatory terms, Trump appeared to issue a threat that conjured memories of his war of words with Kim last year. "You talk about your nuclear capabilities, but ours are so massive and powerful that I pray to God they will never have to be used," Trump wrote in the letter.” He’s a dumb fuck. It was KJH that was saying that they were (warning) of putting off because of the hostile tone of what dumb trump and Bolton was saying, now trump is just stealing the words of KJH and trying to make himself look better. Stupid idiot.

Losing their shit in glee. It'll continue too. Just you watch and see. I haven't seen anyone claim Trump's a hero. South Korea said Nobel Peace Prize, not the U.S. And Trump said from the very beginning "we'll see" if this summit goes forward. The left for now will take a short time to celebrate the summit falling apart, and then begin rebuilding their bomb shelters all the while crying for another democrat to get back in office to "save" us. ANYTHING would be better than the dickhead in office now.

That samiam that samiam. Bores me. Yawn. He’s talking massive again, eh? LOL. KJU called it off so fry daddy is saying he’s calling it off. Makes sense to me! LOL, that's a good one!!!
Pompeo just said the US has had no responses from North Korea, and they weren't doing what they had committed to. Only in America would the left side with North Korea.
You mean just like the right, the conservative and republicans have sold America to Russia, Saudi, and several other countries? You mean just like trump and his buddies in congress have done already?

Yes, samiam, the eminently predictable outcome to the endless clusterfuck that is negotiations with nK means the left wants KJU to be president. You got us🙄 Sorry people who read and know some history knew all along exactly how this all was going to go. Jesus Christ, even Trump said it might not happen.
Anyone that hasn't taken part in the "endless clusterfuck" of negotiations with NK has absolutely NO idea what has been going on behind the scenes. Unless, of course, there's a bunch of people actually in the know here. Are you?
Except for your infinite wisdom, right? 😆😆😆😆

Ummm, you may want to fact check yourself.
Two of the three men being held by North Korea in 2018 were not detained until Donald Trump's presidency.
You might want to re-read what I wrote (I bolded it to help you out). When they were detained has nothing to do with anything. You also stated Dumbo-in-Chief Obama didn't even try to get shit done; what a pansy.
Your statement reads as though Obama didn't every try to get them out. I was correcting that.

No one here showed blind devotion to anyone, Obama or otherwise. We've all agreed that Obamacare is flawed and in need of repair. Personally, I was really disappointed with his lack of action on immigration policy. Hillary was often described here and elsewhere as a flawed candidate, and she was. She can Neil Gorsuch and tax cut us all day because beneficial is in the eye of the beholder - but her statement wasn't worthy of a response to begin with.

See—this is exactly another one of the bullcrap, gaslighting lies that conservatives love to tell here. Go back and reread threads upon threads because you stating that the “blind devotion...could do no wrong...” is entirely bullshit made up by conservatives. There have been many, many, many times that liberals disagreed (and here on refupeas) or stated their dismay over things that were done, but you all live to keep spreading your lies.

The fact that President Obama and Hillary are human make them flawed as the rest of us are in our own little way. But you have to look at what their intent was. The ACA was born to give all Americans access to health care insurance. Quality health care insurance as opposed to “junk insurance policies”. Which inspite it’s flaws did just that. Given a chance it could have been made better by correcting the glitches. In spite of being a flawed individual, Hillary had a history of working on programs that benefitted children and women since her college days. There is nothing in her past that would suggest, as President, she wouldn’t have continue this practice as well as expanding it. At some time the trump supporters will have to get past the arguments that “liberals hate trump” or “President Obama and Hillary are just as bad” all the while ignoring his actions. So yea, I want those on the right to list and defend what actions trump has done that will benefit all Americans.
