I'm working on xmas albums right now and was getting a little nervous about replenishing my paper stash as I slice into more and more sheets. LOL

I'm excited to see what Ali Edwards does this year. I used almost every bit of my kit last year so even though it was pricey, it was worth it.
One of the sale sites has the Eggnog collection today. I bought everything I wanted last year but I am so tempted to get more. But I know there will be more cute stuff on the way so I am resisting.
A little disappointed in the basic grey christmas line since I bought every bit of 25th and pine. But that saves my wallet! And I think I have more xmas paper hoarded than regular paper!

I still haven't finished last years ?. Me either! I have finished most of it, but I just couldn't get into holiday scrapping mode again. My plan is to finish it up this fall. I always get the *itch* to scrap holiday stuff during Nov/Dec, so I figure it will be great timing to get it done.

Oh my...thank you for the webster's pages peek. I'm in love. Glitter is my thing. The owner of my LSS will take requests and order items if she thinks it will sell. I think these papers would move!
OK, December Daily. I'm late to the party, I know. I know Ali started a daily mini album about taking a pic or journal each day in December right? So, what I don't know. Is it a kit everyone buys from her? someone? company? Do you design your own with these glitter papers? Help. I want to do it this year. Thanks!

There are a lot of ideas on Pinterest too.

I have never done any pocket-page scrapbooking or DD, but I decided to give it a try this season. I bought four 8x8 WRMK albums at Tuesday Morning and online. I'm going to do an album for each season, starting with fall. The line I'm starting with is Simple Stories Sweater Weather, with some OA, Crate Paper and various stash items thrown in. I bought the Cozy Christmas line for the winter album.
The thing I'm enjoying most is scrapping the little things that make me happy, things that wouldn't necessarily have a full layout. DD looks fun, but for me, I'm not sure if it would be worth $100 and the pressure to do something every single day. Some of the creations are really fabulous, though.

I like the scraptastic one too! The album it soooooo pretty, and I feel you get way more value from this one than the Ali E one. OTOH, I've never done 8.5x11" for my dd: 2012 was 6x8 ( a little small) and 2013 is 6x9 (working well).

The scraptastic one is beautiful.

If you just want to album to use with your own stash, I saw it at craftDirect.com for $12.95 when I was searching for some Teresa Collins gold stuff. I didn't end up ordering anything from there, so I don't have direct experience with the site, but the prices were good.

The Scraptastic kit i s cute; but $115 is expensive. The album is very cute and I can see it finding its way into my album stash.

I actually ended up buying Ali's kit from last year. She has it on sale for 59.99. I'll use it for this Christmas.

CItrus twist's is only $37! I like the look of this one and the price point is better even with buying an album. I am waiting to see Gossamer Blue's kit before I decide.
