I only was able to spend a few days in DC and it was before this museum was built. I really want to go back to see this, the Smithsonian American History Museum (which was under heavy construction when I was there), and I want to go back to the National Portrait Gallery to see the Kehinde Wiley portrait of Obama and Amy Sherald portrait of Michelle Obama.
I'm glad this museum will be more accessible!

I'm glad this museum will be more accessible! Me too! Especially with all the summer visitors the area can expect. A portrait of Henrietta Lacks was just unveiled at the Portrait Gallery too. |
