What a horrific, terrible thing she did that she can never repay. She literally did steal his future. I'm glad he found out and has been able to sue her successfully. I hope she is found soon and I wish there was a way to send her to jail over this. At least she'll be made to pay him the monetary amount back but nothing can make up for what she stole from him.
I truly don't understand vicious people who think like this, but I know there are people out there that do.
I also don't understand the couple that lied to their son and never told him he got into an Ivy League school. I could never do that to my son. That would have been his accomplishment and he would have had every right to know it. Of course there is no way I would have been able to afford the tuition and that would have been extremely disappointing but there are school loans and the bottom line is this young man had a right to know. And to make his own decision about his future.
