Now, I understand what she is doing. We all just need to face the cold hard facts Becky is not about Project Life, Dresses, Notebooks, etc.... anymore. She's about CULTivating her church. Have any of you ever gone over to Celebitchy and read about the Scientology horror stories from the posts over there. It's effing terrifying. It reminds me exactly what Becky is doing. If anybody ever starts an investigation on the Mormon church for their abuse practices, especially sexual abuse I want in. I want to tell the story of what happened to my beautiful brother and sister because of this church. They can't speak for themselves any more since they both died at very young ages caused by the abuse. I want to share their stories. I do hope this church is exposed someday. I am really sorry about your brother and sister. I firmly believe the LDS Church will be exposed and I hope you get to tell your siblings stories. |

At this point, the only person who doesn't want my business more than Becky doesn't want it is Gwenyth Paltrow. Haha! I wince every time RDJ kisses her because I love him and absolutely despise her. I even hope that every time she is in peril (as Pepper) that she doesn't make it so she'd be out of the never ending sequels. OMG me too!!! Is it mean that I hoped she dissolved in Infinity War? |

@zingermack I only know from my SIL's experience that her Mormon bestie feels sad/sorry for SIL because she's going to hell (even though she's a good person and a born again Christian). So if BH feels the need to save all the non-Mormons who answered her IG she could be doing proselytizing stories for quite a while...

Wow, I went looking for more Project Life products and ended up converting to Mormonism!
Kidding.
I'm sad to see how far Becky is falling. She tried so hard to portray herself as perfect, and now she's posting 40+ Instastories a day. She sounds like Bethenny Frankel (Real Housewives of NY) - just as manic, posting stories all day every day. I wonder what her family and co-workers think. She can't be functioning well in her daily life, can she?

Well, I've had my manicure (tap, tap, tap...)  I had to unfollow a long time ago, so I'm just reading here about all the craziness, but I did go look at the one post and holy crap, reading all those comments from the sheeple, or stans or whatever is just mind-blowing. There were so few that actually were speaking honestly, most of them were the oh you're so wonderful, we love the way you breathe air comments, and it's really just weird to me how people can follow so blindly. Of course, the honest comments get ignored, and I quit caring about her products several dances ago. |

I caught myself wondering who does everything for her - I am a SAHM and I don't have time to be on Instagram for 40 stories a day. Things need to get done, and I am the one who needs to do it. I don't have a maid or 'employees' to do my chores. I will be honest. I am not sure if she is manic or if maybe she is taking pills. My older sister ended up being a pain pill popper & I see some of the same behavior in Becky that my sister had. I am not saying she is popping pills, but the similarities are there. From the way she rambles, to the tears, to running her business into the ground, starting 9 million things and doing none of them well, the mania, etc. At first it was just WTF moments with my sister. Eventually she rolled all the way down the hill into crazy. I am no fan of Becky and I hope I am wrong and this is just some mid life crisis. I wouldn't want anyone to be an addict, even her. |

I see it with a lot of social media influencers (the bigger names that millions follow). Someone even got a famous YouTuber's name tattooed on her arm. Don't get me wrong, I have celebrities and people I like, but I would never go to that extreme. I don't actually imagine that I mean anything to these people, I just enjoy the content/product they put out. I appreciate any inspiration they might provide via their life stories and use that to inspire me, but I don't base my life choices on them. |

There’s no way I could sit through that whole story. We know Becky’s been trying to ‘share’ her religion for quite a while but I really never thought she’d go into full on missionary mode on her IG. It’s fine with me if someone says they’re Christian, Buddhist, Jewish, or whatever but I do not want to be preached to or prosthelytized when I’m just looking for craft posts.
Random rhetorical question: Since the Morman church has made Becky what she is today, if someone becomes a Mormon will they become as anxious and disconnected as Becky seems to be?

*I* do not consider LDS as Christian. I viewed them as a cult. That being said, I think there are good people who are Mormon. But I do not believe they are Christian. I get why you have that opinion, but the very definition of cult fits every religious organization.
@zingermack I'm familiar with the practice of tracking people down. The best way they track down wayward souls is by contacting family. I think mine would be respectful; my husband's family, not so much. I'll never truly be left alone. Another reason I'm not rushing to resign.

Perhaps many of her followers have muted the stories so they have no idea what's going on? I unfollowed long ago but thanks to this thread I witnessed the "have a pedicure" day...yikes. I'll just sit here with my popcorn watching her company go down in flames. What can I say, it's a car wreck and I'm a complete rubber-necker at this point. mom I had never even heard of SocialBlade...analytics are the coolest! |

I saw today that the Southern Baptist church is finally exposed for their monstrosities. I think we will see more of this from other large religious organizations from LDS to Evangelicals and everything in between.

Had to go check it out.
One key thing, she removed the "blending business and personal around here" stuff from her IG bio.
But she's still using her stories to proselytize, so seems like she hasn't learned the lesson yet.

The constant proselytizing is a huge turn off for me. I understand her church is a big part of her life but the LDS church is divisive (at best) and isn't going to help hee sell more products. Her brand is failing and it's time she evaluate what is and isn't working. Sharing 42 stories about the Mormon church definitely isn't working.

Definitely terrifying considering the Mountain Meadows Massacre. Mormon settlers dressed up as Native Americans, then tricked and massacred 120 emigrants. They are zealots, as evidenced by Becky’s behaviour. We call mormons Ziontologists because they have so much in common with Scientology. |

I will be honest. I am not sure if she is manic or if maybe she is taking pills. How prevalent is prescription drug abuse among Mormon women? Because the manic behaviour could be Adderall abuse. For those with ADHD it does actually calm the brain, but can still affect their emotions - for my son (severely ADHD-PI) it caused emotional lability. His crash at the end of every day was not pretty, and he quit it because he couldn't stand how emotional and unstable it made his moods. |
